Located in the idyllic Achterland region of Usedom Island, right in the heart of the nature park, the Südterrasse apartment awaits you in Dewichow—a small, quiet village far from mass tourism. Surrounded by Achterwasser, Balmer See, and Krienker See, the natural setting invites you to enjoy walks, hikes, and bike rides. The Balm golf course is also nearby.



The apartment offers 56 m² of space for up to 4 guests. It features one bedroom, a living room, and a bathroom with shower. The modern, fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals with ease. Wi-Fi and TV are available.
