Nestled in the heart of the Ardèche Cévennes and the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park, this rural cottage sits at 640 m altitude in the charming village of AIZAC, surrounded by chestnut groves. Located right at the Aizac pass, you overlook the Volane valley to the east and the Besorgues valley to the west. Numerous hiking trails let you explore the land of Ardèche's young volcanoes, including the famous Aizac volcano, which rises above the village at 80,000 years old. Sports enthusiasts will enjoy fishing, climbing, mountain biking, canyoning, invigorating swims, tennis, kayaking, and especially hiking.



The fully equipped ground-floor cottage accommodates 4 guests. There is one bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds, a living room with lounge area and TV, a kitchen area (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven), and a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). Pets are welcome with prior approval, available for an extra fee.
