You have a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, dryer, heating, fan, espresso and filter coffee makers, and a dedicated workspace. For families, there are 2 baby beds, 1 high chair, and shared toys and books for children.



Enjoy a private 1-hectare garden with countryside views and a private outdoor pool with an electric safety cover. The pool area includes a large terrace, perfect for sunbathing. A private barbecue is available for outdoor meals.



The property offers parking for 4 cars. Smoking is allowed and 1 pet is welcome. Parties are not permitted. A ping-pong table is available.



Cleaning service is available for an extra fee. Bed linens and towels are also available for an extra fee.



The villa is 4.8 km from Toulouse, in a peaceful rural setting surrounded by 300 hectares of fields. The nearest neighbor is 250 m away, and the bus stop to the city is 600 m away. Please note, the road in front of the house has become busier over time, but remains very quiet in summer. Cleaning service is available during your stay for an extra fee.
