The Accommodation
Maison 1901 is a boutique guesthouse with authentic character. Here, the charm of a historic building meets modern comfort—deliberately unique rather than boringly generic. We purchased this 1901 city villa in 2025 and have since been transforming it, with great attention to detail, into a special place for anyone looking for more than just standard accommodation.

In this historic setting, you’ll stay in a unique suite on the ground floor. This stately room exudes the authentic atmosphere of a historic building, with high ceilings, stucco, and a striking design concept. The absolute highlight is the freestanding bathtub right in the room—perfect for relaxing after an eventful day. A private, separate bathroom with a sink is integrated directly into the room.
