A light-filled holiday rental, just a few minutes' walk from Schwerin Castle and the city centre. Features an lift, a parking space, and a lockable bike storage area in the courtyard.

The holiday rental is simply beautiful and serves as an ideal starting point for numerous routes that connect Schwerin’s most stunning architectural ensembles into a unique tour through the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Schwerin—whether by bike, on foot, via public transport, or by boat.

The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet residential area with a view of a park and is also accessible by lift.
A parking space and a lockable bike storage area are available in the courtyard.
The apartment faces two directions, with a loggia facing southwest and a balcony facing northeast. The enclosed bedroom on the courtyard side offers a quiet environment for a restful night’s sleep. A sleeper sofa is available in the open living area for a third guest.
All windows can be shaded with exterior blinds for sun protection or completely darkened at night.
The open floor plan and modern furnishings provide a high quality of stay for our guests.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the holiday rental, as well as on the loggia and the balcony!
The total price does not include bed linens. Please let us know when you make your booking enquiry if you would like to add bed linens as an optional extra.

Traumhafte FeWo - Großzügig, ruhig und perfekt gelegen!Absolut empfehlenswert! Die Ferienwohnung ist unglaublich geräumig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Obwohl sie so zentral und Stadtnah liegt, ist es angenehm ruhig.Die zwei Balkone und auch der Parkplatz (überdacht) sind ein riesiges Plus. Alles war bequem mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!
