Welcome to House Sam in Geeste – a holiday home built in 2024 offering 105 m² of modern living space for up to 6 guests. The house features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including a private sauna for up to 4 people. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a coffee machine. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, underfloor heating, washing machine, dryer, and a baby cot. The house is barrier-free and step-free inside. For your convenience, self check-in is available.
Outside, enjoy your covered terrace and private garden with your own barbecue – perfect for relaxing meals. The house offers lake views and is located right by the lake in a very quiet area.
Two shared parking spaces are available at the house. There is also a shared bicycle storage room. Smoking, pets, and parties are not allowed. A tennis court can be reached within a 15-minute walk.
The reservoir is a 5-minute walk away. Beautiful hiking and cycling trails surround the area. The towns of Meppen and Lingen are just a short drive away. More restaurants and bars can be found in the Dalum district. Public transport is nearby.
