Du wirst das familienfreundliche und hochwertig komplett ausgestattete Landhaus wegen seiner ruhigen und beschaulichen Lage (direkt am Wald) und wegen seiner gemütlichen Atmosphäre, wegen seines Flairs, mögen.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der bezaubernden mittelhessischen Mittelgebirgslandschaft und für das Erkunden der pittoresken und geschichtsträchtigen Universitätsstadt Marburg.



Das im Jahr 1834 errichtete Haus wurde in 2016 von Grund auf renoviert und neu möbliert. (Teilweise "Auffrischung" des Innenanstrichs in 2023.) Es grenzt unmittelbar an das von den Vermietern bewohnte Haus an.

Die Wohnfläche von ca. 120 qm erstreckt sich über 2 Geschosse und eine Galerie mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern. Hinzu kommt eine (teilweise überdachte) mit Sitzgruppe und 2 Bänken ausgestattete Terrasse.



Ruhige und idyllische Lage mit schönen Ausblicken in das mittelgebirgische "Marburger Hinterland", direkt am Wald gelegen.

Viel Holz in Gebälk, Vertäfelung und Fußböden verbreitet Gemütlichkeit und Behaglichkeit.



Die voll ausgestattete Küche bietet u. a. Filtermaschine, Senseo-Padmaschine und Mehrfach-Kapselmaschine (Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, e.s.e.-Pads). Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen zur Verfügung. Ein dedizierter Arbeitsplatz eignet sich bestens für Geschäftsaufenthalte. Für Familien sind Hochstuhl sowie Spielzeug und Kinderbücher vorhanden.



Angesichts der Aufteilung der Wohnung auf mehrere Geschosse und der relativ steilen Treppen für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität weniger gut geeignet.



Internet über High-Speed-WLAN im gesamten Haus (geeignet für Videoanrufe).



Das Haus ist sowohl für Ferienaufenthalte als auch für längerfristige Aufenthalte geeignet (z. B. für Geschäftsaufenthalte oder für Gastdozenten etc.)

Parkraum befindet sich direkt gegenüber an der Straße.



Gerne geben die Vermieter Hinweise und Ratschläge für mögliche Unternehmungen. Umfangreiches schriftliches Informationsmaterial über Marburg und Umgebung vorhanden, ebenfalls mehrere Wanderkarten.
