Welcome to Apartment Malbrich in Sollenberg, set in a peaceful, rural location at the gateway to Franconian Switzerland.



Ideal for families, nature lovers, and outdoor enthusiasts. The area offers nature experiences, hiking, walks, climbing, and bouldering. Hiking trails and e-bike routes start right outside your door. The quiet setting also invites you to simply relax.



With 90 m², up to 4 guests find comfort in 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee machine and a large fridge-freezer. The spacious living and dining area is perfect for unwinding. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, heating in all rooms, and a fan. Washing machine, dryer, drying rack, and pegs are provided. The apartment is step-free and well insulated for a pleasant indoor climate year-round. Modern furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere. Families have access to a baby cot and high chair.



The bathroom features a double sink, toilet, bathtub, and a large rain shower.



On your private, partly covered 25 m² terrace with awning, enjoy views of the surrounding landscape. A private grill is available for relaxed outdoor meals.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung!

Pros: Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung von Tine und Klaus und hatten zudem großes Glück mit dem herrlichen Spätsommerwetter. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von den beiden unglaublich herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung selbst lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen: Sie war sauber und so perfekt ausgestattet, dass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Ein großes Highlight für uns: Tine und Klaus haben uns einen sicheren Unterstellplatz für unsere E-Mountainbikes bereitgestellt, an dem wir die Räder auch direkt laden konnten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Cons: -

Eine sehr schöne, geräumige und bestens ausgestattete Ferienwohnung zum wohlfühlen! Es fehlt an nichts. Man kann direkt von der Wohnung aus kleinere Touren in die hübsche, direkte Umgebung machen. Alle anderen Ziele in der Fränkischen Schweiz sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Familie Malbrich hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war für Fragen immer erreichbar. Vielen Dank! Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!
