New with us starting at the end of July 2026!
Welcome to this beautiful holiday apartment, “Zum Ankerplatz,” located in a newly renovated historic Gulfhof in Pilsum (not far from Greetsiel).
On the ground floor of the apartment, you’ll find the spacious living and dining area with a cosy L-shaped sofa, TV, books, games, and a dining area. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, and toaster. The large, fully fenced-in patio is furnished with a table, chairs, and lounge chairs.
On the upper floor of the apartment are the two bedrooms and the bathroom: One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m, separate mattresses), a wardrobe, and a TV; the other bedroom has two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), a chest of drawers, and a TV. The bathroom includes a toilet, sink, walk-in shower, hair dryer, and a washing machine. A clothes drying rack is also provided.
All windows are fitted with fly screens, and the skylights in the bedrooms can be completely darkened. The entire apartment is equipped with high-quality vinyl flooring and underfloor heating.
The apartment includes a parking space in front of the building and a storage room with an electrical socket for bicycles. A wallbox for charging an electric car is also available upon separate registration and payment.
Free Wi-Fi is available! (We do not guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed.)
During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodation is rented for a minimum of five nights with no fixed check-out day.
Pets and smoking are not permitted in this apartment.
The apartments “Pilsumer Sternekieker” and “Zum kleinen Leuchtturm” (right next door) are located in the same building, should you need more space.
The holiday rental is located in the idyllic village of Warfendorf Pilsum in the Krummhörn region, just a few minutes away from the popular fishing village of Greetsiel. Pilsum is best known for its famous red-and-yellow lighthouse and the typical East Frisian landscape of dikes, meadows, and canals.
The surrounding area is perfect for long walks and bike rides. The historic harbour of Greetsiel, with its cafés, restaurants, and famous twin windmills, as well as the North Sea coast and the Wadden Sea—a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site—are all within easy reach. This makes the holiday rental the ideal starting point for discovering East Frisia in all its facets.
You’re welcome to add a laundry package as an optional extra. This can be done during the booking process or at any time afterwards for a fee.
