In the heart of the Praz de Lys-Sommand ski area and alpine meadows (1,450 m altitude), discover this 73 m² apartment in a peaceful setting, within a chalet close to ski lifts and shops. The owners live on the upper floor of the chalet. In winter, you have direct ski-in/ski-out access from the apartment.



The accommodation features a private ground-level entrance through a heated vestibule with electric boot dryers. The living area includes an open kitchen and lounge (rapido sofa bed 160x190 cm, TV), a bathroom with shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed (160x190 cm) and a bunk bed (90x190 cm), a second bedroom with two twin beds (can be joined) and two bunk beds (90x190 cm), plus a second bathroom with shower and toilet. Wi-Fi internet access. End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen are included. Towel rental is available for an extra fee. Bath mats and kitchen linen are provided on arrival. Private terrace with garden furniture, loungers, and barbecue. Grounds around the chalet. Private parking under carport.

Tout était parfait et la vue du plateau sur le Mont Blanc est magique

Pros: L'appartement cosy et calme est remarquablement bien équipé avec une literie impeccable. Commerces et multiples départ de randonnées à quelques minutes à pied. L'hôte qui connaît parfaitement son secteur est très accueillant et réactif. Je recommande sans hésitation !
