Villa Nautilus is an exclusive new-build residence within White Sands Residences on the prestigious Soma Bay peninsula, scheduled for completion in late 2026. Set approximately 13 metres above sea level and just 300 metres from the Red Sea, the villa offers breathtaking sea views, contemporary architecture and exceptional privacy.

Set on a generous 1,078 m² plot with 310 m² of single-level living space, the villa accommodates up to 10 guests across five private bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Four bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests, while the fifth bedroom accommodates two additional guests and can also be used flexibly as a guest or staff room.

At the heart of the villa is a spacious open-plan living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling glass façades, creating a seamless connection between the interior and surrounding landscape. A fully equipped modern kitchen provides everything needed for comfortable living and shared dining.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, generous terraces, sun loungers, comfortable lounge areas and an outdoor dining space overlooking the Red Sea.

The renowned 7BFT Kite House and KBC Ras Soma are both just a few minutes away by Golf Cart, while Wyte Soma Beach Club is approximately 800 m from the villa and offers an excellent setting for kitesurfing and relaxing by the sea.

The ORCA Dive Club Soma Bay is located approximately 2.5 km from the villa and provides access to some of the Red Sea's most spectacular dive sites.
