Spacious 3-room semi-detached house on two floors in Fehmarn with 95 m² of living space for up to 4 people.

Upon entering, you’ll find a charming accommodation that offers plenty of space for relaxing days on Fehmarn. The living area is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. From here, you can step out onto the approximately 28 m² terrace, which features patio furniture, a parasol, and a grill; the fenced-in yard offers additional space to unwind. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with an oven, induction stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and coffee maker. Two bedrooms ensure restful nights: one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The bathroom on the ground floor features a shower, toilet, heated towel rack, and a window; there is also a guest bathroom on the ground floor. Wi-Fi is included.

Two outdoor parking spaces are reserved for you. Bicycles you bring with you can be safely loaded and parked in the private courtyard/garden. A washing machine is available for washing your holiday clothes.
