With 70 m² of living space and room for six to seven people, Type II is the classic family apartment in our building: large enough for parents and children to have their own private spaces, yet compact enough to feel like a shared home. The master bedroom and children’s room are separate, which ensures quiet evenings—especially with younger children. The apartment includes a private kitchen with a dining area, a living area with a spacious dining space, a master bedroom, a separate children’s room, and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. Direct access to the garden, playground, natural pond, and the ponies.



Our family-run holiday home is situated in a quiet, secluded location on a hill above the Jaun Valley, with sweeping views of the Karawanken Mountains. Three cosy holiday apartments—50, 70, and 110 m²—accommodate 2 to 9 people and are ideal for a hassle-free, affordable family holiday.

On the spacious, fenced-in grounds, children will find their own natural pond, a large playground with a go-kart track, a trampoline, a sandpit, and mini-golf, as well as ponies, sheep, and cats. Pony rides are available under supervision. For rainy days, there’s a game room with table tennis and billiards.

Amenities include fully equipped kitchens, free Wi-Fi, and free parking; a washing machine and dryer; a sauna; barbecue areas with a pizza oven; and a sun terrace with panoramic views. The baker delivers fresh pastries directly to the house every morning.

Bleiburg, one of Carinthia’s oldest towns with its traditional Wiesenmarkt in early September, is about four kilometres away. The warm Klopeiner See is about a 15-minute drive away, and the Petzen ski area is just a few minutes away. Numerous hiking and biking trails, rustic wine taverns, and tourist attractions invite you to explore. Dogs are welcome.



On-site fees: A deposit of 20% of the total amount must be paid, free of charge, no later than 8 days after the booking is completed, as confirmation of the offer in written or verbal form.
