Charming Guest house/Private en suite bathroom+pool + best breakfast in town!

Your 400 square foot suite is separate from the main house and offers you your own private entrance, a private en-suite bathroom w/shower. It includes a basket of complimentary fine toiletries, lush towels and fresh linens. A super comfortable and luxurious King-size bed, a comfy futon/sofa, a table, a coffee/tea/hot chocolate maker, a microwave, a refrigerator, (stocked with complimentary bottled water, soda and juice)Toaster, kettle,cups, plates and silverware, a beautiful writing desk, Cable TV, central air, FREE Wi-Fi, and plenty of FREE street parking right by the house, are all included in your room rate!
PLEASE NOTE: NO toddlers (ages 1.5-6 yrs old) are allowed, because the swimming pool is located right outside the suite, no fence and no lifeguard!
And while we are unable to accommodate your pets, we do
have a friendly dog at our house you can play with should
you miss your pet back home..
IMPORTANT: our house and guest suite are not wheelchair accessible, due to steps, narrow doors and a small bathroom , that has no room for a wheelchair or walker.
Step outside your suite's sliding doors, and enjoy our serene, lush garden, take a refreshing swim in our pool, or just relax, read, play some cards at one of a number of sitting areas designed to fit your mood, from a peaceful shady spot with a romantic swing for two, to a lovely corner bistro setting. In fact, you may not even want to leave to explore our City...
The futon/sofa is suitable for a third guest if you'll need it.Also we have a Pac N Play for babies.
Smoking is allowed outdoors ONLY.
Our home Office is adjoined to the guest suite, in case you'll need to print out documents, tickets ,Etc.
And while we are unable to accommodate your pets, we do
have a friendly dog at our house you can play with should
you miss your pet back home..

A short 1-minute walk to the street corner, you'll find a grocery store, a delicious Soul food restaurant and a Mexican style restaurant as well.

A 10 min walk brings you to the post office or Castle Park, a beautiful and fun miniature golf course.

And just a short drive from your guest suite is the beautiful Balboa park, and our stunning Japanese Gardens .
