Quaint thatched Finnish cabin near Rostock

Our cosy Finnish cabin is located right next to Rostock’s city forest and offers peace and relaxation surrounded by nature. Taken over in 2024 and lovingly furnished, this holiday home accommodates up to four people and is ideal for couples and small families. Upon request, we’re happy to provide a travel cot.

The holiday home features a heated living area with a kitchenette, a pull-out couch, a TV, and a radio, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, which has four built-in beds. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, two induction cooktops, a refrigerator, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, and dishes and silverware.

A terrace with benches, a seating area with six chairs, four lounge chairs, and a beach chair invite you to relax. The Rostock Heath begins right outside the front door and offers ideal paths for walking, jogging, and biking. The beaches at Markgrafenheide and Rosenort are about a 30-minute bike ride away.

The Finnhütte Am Köhlerhof is available for booking from May through October.

Benches on the terrace invite you to linger. The outdoor area also features a seating set with six chairs, four lounge chairs, and a beach chair. Enjoy your meals outdoors here, relax in the sun, or wind down the day in comfort.

A private parking space and storage for bicycles are also available.
