This gem is tucked into a corner of Germany that is well worth the visit! In amongst many amazing vineyards and local purveyors of fine wines, our apartment was a home away from home! They have thought of everything to make you feel welcome. It is cozy, comfortable and well-thought through. From a high-end coffee maker with fresh-ground beans, to having a bottle of local wine ready for you to try and having a perfect and modern rain shower in the bath, this apartment oozes quaint charm. Our host was incredibly welcoming and informative! The beds while firm, were extremely comfortable and the bedding was soft and warm. The kitchen was very well equipped. It is located in the centre of Strümpfelbach, a small and architecturally-intact village dating from the mid-1500’s. Our family highly recommends this VRBO site, visiting this village and making it part of your stay in Germany. Make sure you visit and support the local wineries, Bäckerei and the Vinothek!!
