Holiday Home “Chez Elie!” with Private Terrace, Garden, and Wi-Fi

3-bedroom house for rent in a secure residence, perfect for a stopover or family or business stay. Located 600 m from shops and 200 m from the Loiret River.



The 90 m² house accommodates up to 6 guests and features a fully equipped kitchen, a coffee machine with some capsules, a bathroom, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Washing machine, dryer, and underfloor heating are available for your comfort.



Outside, enjoy a private garden with terrace, video projector, and barbecue for relaxing moments. Games and books for children are provided. One pet is welcome.



Parking is on the street (no spaces inside the residence). Shuttle service to the train station or airport, cleaning service, and car rental are offered for an additional fee.



The house is close to Château de la Charbonnière (15 min) and walking trails along the Loire or at the edge of Sologne.



Orléans, the exhibition center, Zénith, hospital, university, and floral park are about 10 km away (15–20 min by car).
