Enjoy a private riverside terrace, perfect for fishing thanks to exclusive access to the water and fish-rich river. Canoe and kayak are available free of charge for your use, under your own responsibility. Public and private parking are nearby.

Ground floor: spacious living room, fully equipped open kitchen, office or fishing storage, WC, bathroom with walk-in shower. Upstairs: small lounge, 2 bedrooms, WC, bathroom with walk-in shower. Gas heating with radiators in every room. All living areas offer river views.



Amenities: high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, dedicated workspace, coffee machine (Senseo and filter), TV, washing machine, private barbecue. Step-free access. Self check-in for added flexibility.



Non-smoking property; smoking allowed only on the terrace. Events are not permitted.
