Ca' Raul is a family home in Poggiridenti, on the hills above Sondrio. It features a double bedroom, living room with kitchen and sofa bed, and a bathroom. Suitable for two guests, up to four.



Below the house is a garden with fruit trees, and the vineyard starts just beyond the gate.



The spacious main room includes an extendable round table with four chairs and a pendulum clock on one side, and on the other, a corner sofa, TV, and kitchen with red fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The washing machine is in the kitchen. In the evening, the sofa converts into a second bed for two.



The double bedroom is in the attic, furnished with a pine bed and wardrobe, plus a desk. The bathroom has a shower, oval mirror over the sink, and a bidet.



Wi-Fi and heating are included. The apartment is 48 square meters, on the first floor of a two-unit house. Windows and heating system are new.



The apartment is all yours: living room with kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom.



You have a section of the garden with fruit trees at your disposal. The bike storage is shared with the other apartment. You can park your car in the reserved spot in the courtyard; a second car can be left on the street or in the cemetery and Carmine church parking lot.



Trails start from the village among the vineyards: the Via dei Terrazzamenti passes through Poggiridenti, and the Sanctuary of the Santa Casa di Tresivio can be reached on foot. Down in the valley, the Sentiero Valtellina follows the Adda River—flat and great for families.
