The holiday home is yours alone, located in a quiet residential area by the forest yet still central.



There is parking, a bike storage area with power outlet, a covered terrace with barbecue, and a garden for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, stove, coffee machine, microwave, air fryer, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, dish soap, towels, and spices. A spiral staircase leads through a narrow entrance to the bedroom with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, and balcony. In the living room, you’ll find a TV with DVD player and a pellet stove for cold days. The dining room offers a wonderful panoramic view of Frankenberg and includes a high-quality sofa bed for two guests and board games. The newly renovated bathroom has a large shower, hairdryer, bath mat, bath towels, hand towels, soap, and toilet paper. For children, there is a travel cot with mattress and a high chair. Shops, a bakery, butcher, supermarket, drugstore, hospital, bowling alley, and skate park are within walking distance.



Parties and bachelor parties are not allowed anywhere on the property. Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
