Exatamente o lugar ideal para família e amigos

O imóvel é exatamente o que vimos nas fotos. Excelente espaço, imóvel conservadíssimo, com aspecto de novo, bem arejada e iluminada. Boa vizinhança e condomínio seguro, limpo e tranquilo. Todos os quartos com lenços limpos, todos os banheiros com chuveiro elétrico, toda iluminada. O proprietário é gentil e se pôs de pronto para atender a qualquer solicitação e bastante prestativo. Nossa família e amigos ficaram bastante satisfeitos com o imóvel e pretendemos retornar no verão. Indico com todas as letras. Parabéns pelo imóvel !

Tudo maravilhoso! Foi tudo como está no anuncio, foi tão aconchegante a casa que parecia que nós já tinhamos estado ali. Casa ventilada, limpa, muito organizada, condominio muito tranquilo.! Tudo o que foi ofertado foi cumprido! Excelente casa, boa localização, segurança e tranquilidade. O proprietário sempre acessível e tranquilo, tanto que passou segurança e se prontificou a deixar as chaves antes do combinado, bem como senti confiança em realizar o pagamento antecipado também. A casa é arejada, bem iluminada, pertíssimo da praia e apenas 10 minutos da Orla de Atalaia, estando de carro. Próximo da casa há uma pequna estrutura de mercadinhos, farmácia e outros que supre qualquer necessidade emergencial. Em síntese: alugarei novamente!
