Very convenient

Attractive property with very nice enclosed garden and parking. A very short uphill walk into the village and about 5-10 minutes from the beach. Good wifi. Access to the garage was useful for storing bike, mobility scooter and SUP/windsurfing gear. As a couple we mostly stuck to the downstairs rooms. It was hot when we were there and it was nice to be able to open the full length windows and shutters. Garden was pleasant and as it wrapped around the property it was easy to be able to sit in the sun or the shade.The only downside for us was that whilst my wheelchair fitted through the front door it did not fit through any of the interior doors so i had to use my crutches rather more than i would have wished to. Check in and check out were both very easy.

séjour annulé à cause d'un compteur électrique sous évaluer

Nous sommes arrivés dans la location vers 16h, la maison n'était absolument pas chauffée. Il faisait à peine 10. 1er réflexe est de voir le compteur. Celui-ci avait disjoncté, on le relance. Mais le compteur électrique n'a pas résister aux opérations comme chauffer les pièces de la maison et pour éclairer la pièce où nous étions en même temps. Disjonction à chacune de nos tentatives, nous avons tenté en vain pendant 3 heures, joint le propriétaire qui lui même nous avait assuré que cela demandait 2 jours pour réguler ! comment peut-on louer une maison toute équipée à l'électricité sans assurer au niveau du compteur ! c'est bien dommage, car la maison en elle-même est bien à 1eres vues. Puisque nous avons annulé notre séjour. Nous avions une pers de 89 ans, des enfants et une pers sensible au froid. Après une année 2024 très éprouvante pour notre famille, nous espérions bcq de ce séjour. Le pire a été de l'impossibilité de trouver un séjour où nous pouvions être tous ensemble. Un vrai gâchis ! Abritel devrait s'assurer de son réseau de location.

Très agréable séjour

Nous étions 8 adultes et 3 enfants dans ce logement propre fonctionnel et bien situé , commerces a proximité, la mer a 10mn, un jardin clos, il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine .. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié et nous retournons sûrement

Maison de vacances bien entretenue et agréable à vivre pour quelques jours en famille. Quartier résidentiel au coeur d'Arradon, calme, à 3 minutes des commerces du centre-ville et 10/15 minutes à pied de jolis points de vue sur le golfe.

Bien dans l'ensemble

Douche à l'étage non fonctionnelle car évacuation de la douche en goutte-à-goutte, très dommage pour le nombre de couchage . . Cest la queue a la sdb du bas ! Sinon gîte confortable et bien placé pour visites et balades à vélo.

Une maison idéale pour une grande famille... ou deux ! Pratique, bien située ( à 5 mn du bourg et à un petit quart d'heure à pied de la plage sur des sentiers piétons bien sécurisés ), elle permet des vacances faciles et agréables pour petits et grands! Maison avec suffisamment de couchages confortables mais le salon la salle à manger et la cuisine sont petits pour 10 Aménagement cuisine assez limité Et nous avons eu des problèmes d eau chaude ( pas assez d infos sur l électricité basse consommation jour nuit info capitale à fournir ) Départ et arrivée sans problème Beaucoup de vélos cela été très bien 2 frigos très bien aussi Bon emplacement Mer en voiture ou vélo obligatoire

Très bon sejour dans cette maison. Nous étions 2 familles, avec 4 enfants en tout. Le dortoir à l'étage est génial pour tous ces bambins qui avaient leur espace réservé. Pour les parents, chacun sa chambre et son espace. Cuisine équipée, salon séjour spacieux pour les repas en famille, exterieur agréable. Arradon est une jolie ville, proche de toutes les commodités, les marché et la mer, nous avons fait de magnifiques balades à pied et à vélo. Très bons souvenirs.
