This location is within walking distance of the State Theater, Crossings at Carnegie, downtown shopping, restaurants, grocery store, laundromat, bank and post office. The suite is completely remodeled with a full kitchen, full sized range, refrigerator and dishwasher. Owners live down the hall so we are available to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Dave has been working on renovation of this building and Roxanne owns Wild Ginger Boutique which is on the first floor of the building. The 3 of us moved into an apartment in December 2013 so we are right here to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I look forward to meeting you!

We are right downtown Zumbrota. Downstairs is Wild Ginger Boutique and All-In-Stitches. You will be with is a short walk from all the great downtown shopping, Crossings at Carnegie, the State Theatre, restaurants, grocery store, bank, post office, the Covered Bridge Park and historic covered bridge, and the Goodhue Pioneer bike trail. If are going through the Mayo Clinic in Rochester and need a place to stay why not stay in a peaceful small community just 30 minutes for Mayo Clinic.
