FIRST floor unit is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants and shops are all right there! Enjoy the local seafood. Visit the Wright Brothers Memorial, Aquarium, first US colony, wild mustangs on the beach, Jockey's Ridge, and more!
Condo offers a king size master with private bath, and a 2nd queen bedroom with full bath. Both bedrooms lead to outside balcony.

This condo was a lovely place to stay. I traveled solo and used the queen bed. Very comfortable! *** NOTE: Guests are responsible for their own linens (sheets, towels, etc). This was no issue for me as I had already packed them. Parking was easy. Check-in was easy. Condo was very clean. Aris was great to chat with throughout the process! There's a great burger joint right next door (Jack Brown's). Live music some nights, which was over at a reasonable hour and it never disturbed my sleep or relaxation. Balcony has 2 chairs for those who wish to sit outdoors. The outdoor shower was a little "eh," but the bathroom indoors was just fine - good water pressure. Would highly recommend the place!! Thumb's up :-)

Great little place near the beach.

The property was very clean and well taken care of, and communication was excellent with the owners. It was about a 3 minute walk to the beach access, and very close to shopping and grocery stores. My family had a great time and we're looking forward to going back again.

Great location and stay

Loved our stay! 1 block from beach, lots of restaurants around, 1 mile from Wright brothers memorial, 5 mins to Nags Head. Live music every night till 10pm right next door. Great space for a small family to stay at the beach!

Why they chose this property

Kill Devil Hills has a great mix of things to do and places to eat. You can do an extraordinary number of things all within a few minutes walk or drive and certainly less than an hour from most everything you'll want to try or experience. This location between the highways provides a more intimate experience to anything you'll do. Walk to get some shopping done, or walk to your soon to be favorite restaurant. Don't feel like struggling to find a place to park the car and hit the beach? You don't have to! You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes! This location has it all, including great amenities, benefits and affordable prices!

Secure access via keypad. King bed in master bedroom! Enjoy your morning coffee out on the attached balcony, while getting a deep breath of that ocean air!
