Enjoy everything Branson has to offer!!! Our Condo is located on the first hole of the beautiful Pointe Royale Golf Village. Watch the golfers start their day from the screened in patio with a hot cup of coffee. Inside you will have all the comforts from home and more. Our Condo sleeps 10 comfortably with 3 king bedrooms and a large loft with one queen and two twin size beds, 3 full size baths total. Included is wireless internet, 5 flat screen TVs, DVD player, laundry room, full kitchen, wet bar,and eat in kitchen and dining area. Located inside a gated community with 24 hour security. Quick and easy access to theaters, theme parks, Branson Landing and lake activities at both Lake Taneycomo and Table Rock Lake. Activities in walking distance include golf, indoor/outdoor pools, Spa/fitness, tennis courts, basketball courts, practice putting greens,pro shop, clubhouse, bar & grill, conference center, lakeside trout fishing and parks, picnic areas hiking trails, BBQ,and playgrounds. Our condo is on the 2nd floor there is 2 sets of 7 steps 14 total

Quiet and comfortable

The condo is in a very great location in the golf resort. The home is very comfortable and they have cards and games available for the guests. Overall great experience!

Great condo for 2 families!

2 families rented this condo while we were in town for a dance competition. It worked out great! There was plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen was fully stocked. We would stay here again!

The accomodations were great for 10 people. We all slept comfortably. There was plenty of room in the condo and we never felt crowded. The condo was very clean and had plenty of towels. I was surprised there were not beach towels available for the pool area.

Great place with ample space

We really enjoyed our weekend at this wonderful condo. There was plenty of space for our three families, and the kids really enjoyed all being able to bunk together in the loft area. The house is well maintained, with everything you would need to stay for a few days. We cooked at the place several times and found the kitchen to be well equipped. The complex pool was nice to have so close by, as well as the playground and walking distance to lake access. We would definitely stay here again, and the owners were wonderful to work with and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Thanks for a great weekend!

Perfect for families

The Point Royale complex is very nice to start with. Beautiful homes, condos and golf course. All staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. This condo is in a prime spot with the pool, clubhouse, playground and lake all within walking distance. Very nice condo with lots of room and the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had in a rental. Our only issue was housekeeping hadn’t let the towels dry adequately before placing back in cabinets so as everyone started to shower the first night, we had to wash and dry towels as they were soured. Perfect screened in porch for relaxing in the evening or coffee in the morning. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Fine, but not fancy

PROS: The location of the condo and the neighborhood were great. All accommodations were as listed. The owner was responsive. The dining table and family room seating accommodated all eight of us. CONS: The decor, linens, and towels were dated. A few key things didn't work: the sliding door to the screened porch didn't lock, many of the vertical blinds didn't close, the coffee pot took forever to brew a pot, and the screen in the porch was torn. There was no grill at the unit. Also, the outdoor community pool has absolutely no shaded areas and was quite busy even at 10pm. Overall, it was fine, but certainly not anything fancy.

HOT UPON ARRIVAL

When we arrived at the property after a ten hour drive and it being in the 90’s outside we were all exhausted and ready to relax. When we got inside we were slapped in the face with heat, 80 degrees to be exact. I get wanting to keep your bill low in the summer, but if you know people are coming it would be nice if the air could be set to a comfortable temp prior to their arrival. My two young kids had a difficult time sleeping that night as well as those upstairs due to waiting for the condo to get to a comfortable temp. Also, I doubled checked kitchen amenities and it stated “grill”. So I went ahead and ordered hotdogs and hamburgers to grill one night while on vacation. When we arrived I couldn’t locate the grill anywhere in the condo. I messaged the owners and they said the grill was down at the end of the road open to the public. We had to wait for others to get done grilling before we could even cook our own food. I would’ve ordered different groceries had I know this. I did notice mold on the air vent in the bathroom bedroom on the main floor. We found clothing under the bed in the upstairs bedroom. The coffee maker didn’t work. Tv is extremely slow as well as internet. The location is great though.

Do not stay here until improvements are made

The property needs some upkeep. Air conditioning does not cool front bedroom, and you could lot open windows. It was cool this weekend but would be unbearable in the summer months; there was only 1 small light bulb in the room and no mirror. In addition the shower curtain liner in the upstairs shower was split. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend this place until improvements are made. Furthermore

Perfect for Large Groups With Kids

This property was sparkling clean, no more than 15 minutes from any activities we did in Branson. Walking trail was shady and cool, even in 90+ heat. 2 minute walk to indoor and outdoor pool. I definitely recommend this property!
