About this property

Villa with pool Bellagio

Villa with pool and large garden, just 1 minute walk from the lake and Villa Melzi. The house has for each bedroom its own bathroom with shower and toilets (floors 1 and 2). Inside the villa (floor level -1), stays my collaborator Sumedha, who takes care of the house, garden and can prepare breakfast/dinner on request, he will always be available for anything.

Great stay in a 140 yr old home. Bathrooms have been redone. A few steps to get to bedrooms. Host took tremendous care to take care of our every need, including preparing meals.

beautiful property. it was raining so we weren't able to enjoy the pool. the host was very accommodating to our travel plans. the associate that represented the host was a great guy. he was going to cook us a breakfast in the morning but our flight was changed and we had to leave much earlier than planned. we hope to return on another trip in the future.

We had an amazing stay here. The host was very responsive and kind. The property is beautiful, the pictures are accurate. Having air conditioning on each floor was amazing. The pool was a great addition. The highlight was Sumedha, he made our stay exceptional. He made us breakfast twice and 2 dinners, and they were both amazing. He was so accommodating and knowledgeable! We would come back here in a second. Highly recommend staying here!

It's up great that they had a stocked refrigerator with beer and wine that we could purchase easily. Pool was nice and very clean. They were missing soap and shampoo for the showers. Air conditioning worked well.

Just returned from a week's holiday at this lovely property. Plenty of space inside and out, and the outdoor space is lovely with plenty of shade. The pool was a generous size and very clean. The property was well stocked with amenities. Lovely Sumedha had useful information about the house and the area, and we specifically appreciated his help to seek medical advice for our son, and he kindly gave us a lift to the local GP and into town to find a pharamcia. The only aspect that did suprise us was how challenging the walk back to the property from Bellagio centre could be in the heat. However, we coped and used the local ferries to visit other villages in the area. We would definitiely reccomend this place to others.

The villa was a great location to town, just up a long hill. The history of the villa was fascinating. But the inside could use some refreshing. The caretaker, Sumedha, was extremely helpful and responsive to our transportation needs. We didn't use the pool because the weather didn't cooperate, but it was very nice. The yard and pool would make a great get away in the heat of the summer!

We traveled to Bellagio with our family of 8. The Villa was just as described with a beautiful garden and pool. It was a short walk down the hill into town with all the retail and restaurants. There is access to the lake below next to the Villa Melzi, which is a historic Villa that has beautiful gardens and historic buildings to tour. Our Villa caretaker, Sumedha, was wonderful. He prepared breakfast for us everyday. We loved the the delicious rice and salsa he made with fruit and veggies and the spicy omelets. He also made dinner for us two nights which were delicious, especially his curry. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely visit and stay here again. Ciao!!

Very central location. Great place for our group of 3 couples. Everything available in the villa like drip coffee, condiments, ice. Great pool and sun lounges. Lots of stairs to upper bedrooms. Showers very small on higher upstairs level. Lots of traffic from morning to evening. Good local cafes and restaurants. It was a bit unclear what the caretakers role was, but he did a good breakfast. Suggest you get more clarification about his attendance times. EG, Sometimes he was using the washer/dryer when we needed it. BBQ wasn’t ready for use - dirty and no gas. We let the caretaker know but it didn’t get refilled during our visit. Overall a lovely stay. Great outside entertaining areas. Fabulous for groups and friends!

Great house in great location.

Large house worked well for our group of 6 adults. Sumedha made daily breakfast for us which was great. The location is a 10 minute walk to downtown Bellagio, very convenient.
