Building 1, Plantation East , Unit# 1302:
Welcome to beautiful Gulf Shores Plantation Resort which is a gated, vacation community offering over 4000 feet of private, white beach frontage, natural sand dunes, and gorgeous well manicured landscaping. Activities are available for all ages and perfect for family get-aways.

Our one-bedroom condominium has an awesome DIRECT gulf view, and is fully furnished and well maintained for your enjoyment and comfort. The kitchen is fully-equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and blender. The condominium also has WiFi, two TVs.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed and the living room has a sofa sleeper. The unit also has two small built-in bunkbeds. Linens, iron, and all kitchen utensils provided. Facility offers a coin operated laundry. This resort is next door to the nationally ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course and just minutes away from the restaurants, shopping and entertainment of Gulf Shores.

Excellent location with lovely view of the gulf from the balcony. Host is helpful and friendly and responds quickly. Would be helpful to add a ladder up to the top bunk bed - it was tricky boosting my son up each night and helping him down in the mornings. Overall, a great place to stay and we plan to return!

Tisa's unit was Outstanding! Everything was tidy upon arrival and in it's place. Check is was smooth and quick. (Make sure to bring your prefilled out Parking Form, makes getting onto the property go smoothly at the guard house).Location! Location! Location!... The view from this unit's balcony is breath taking. Looking Straight southward over the dunes & across the Gulf of America. This alone is worth the "Price of Admission"!!!Communication was quick and easy with Tisa both before and during our stay. Any issues or concerns were addressed as requested and in a timely manner.The Plantation Condo's are well kept and the grounds/beach are beautiful. "Family Friendly" and NOT ever like a "Spring Break" Obnoxious crowd. The wifie & I will be bringing our Adult Children "Grands" back here in the future.

Love this place! The beach views were better than the photos. We had such a great time relaxing on the balcony. The condo had everything we needed to cook with (pots and pans, etc.). I will definitely book this place again.

We can’t walk on the beach anymore due to health problems, so sitting on the balcony in the sun watching the waves was the next best thing. We did get to the pool seen from the balcony since it was so close. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Overall great experience. Location was perfect! The only complaint is the unit was not as clean as one might expect. There was food on the floor from the previous guests and sticky stuff spilt down the drawers in the kitchen. Other than needing a more thorough cleaning it was nice.

Direct beach front view just as described. No issues with the check in process or finding the unit. Better “starter” stocked than I’m used to for sure. Kiddos loved the bunks .Very close to the boardwalk and pools closest to the unit (two outdoor pools right out the door almost and the indoor pool just across the parking lot).I saw other reviews mentioning the a/c or fan noise and while yea you notice it when it kicks on, it’s not overly excessive (to me).
