This beautifully-renovated and maintained 1890s Victorian home sits right in the heart of the historic Mitchell Street residential district, just up the hill from Petoskey's downtown Gaslight District. This home offers four bedrooms and 3.5 baths, all fully renovated with its enchanting original charm in mind. The main level offers a bright kitchen with a large deck off the side for grilling and entertaining, two living areas, dining room, and a full bath. The upstairs offers all four bedrooms with 2.5 baths. Its central location to Harbor Springs, Charlevoix, Boyne City, and more, makes it ideal for day trips and golf outings. Lovely Home in Petosky!

The house was a perfect home to visit northern Michigan! Super clean and great location. My only complaint is - only one box of Kleenex in the whole house. Also hand bars in the shower would be great for older travelers, so they feel safe. But really a lovely home and decorated so well.

Nice near downtown Petoskey

We enjoyed our stay and the location was very convenient to walk to and from a wedding downtown. The home was large and had all of the amenities we needed.
