This was our first trip to Waterscape and the Fort Walton area. We now have a favorite destination on the Gulf! We loved the location - directly across from our favorite restaurant The Old Bay Steamer. The condo itself was tastefully decorated and directly accessible from the parking garage and pools. Very convenient. Stacey (the condo owner) was also incredibly responsive to my questions. Having the umbrella and chairs as part of the condo package was awesome too - less to lug to the beach. The resort grounds were also well kept and we frequently saw the staff cleaning grills, the carpets, and the pool area. The upper pool is heated and was our favorite place to hang out besides the beach.

New thanksgiving Tradition

Met our son and his family to celebrate Thanksgiving together. Very clean, convenient units. Parking was a bit hard when several close parking spots had orange cones blocking them, as I have a mobility issue, those mysteriously disappeared after we had to park a distance away.

This condo was excellent for my family and I. The room was clean and nicely accommodating for young children (besides the bunk bed area, it is very small and the ladder cannot be removed. We just locked the door and stayed aware to not let the kids in there). We absolutely loved the pools and lazy River. The beach was full of algae so we didn’t get to utilize the beach pass as much as we would have liked but it was a very nice perk. The property owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had. It was an excellent experience overall.

Location and set up of the condo was great. Easy access from the garage, to the elevator (which you’ll need to take to the 2nd floor for splash pad area), exit to main pool and the trash shoot. Pictures describe condo well. Only feedback I could give to enhance our stay was a proper high chair (it was a booster - we needed a higher back for our infant) and having a better vacuum /broom with no lip on the dustpan would make the condo so much better. With all the sand I vacuumed/swept daily but it was still sandy. The owner was very accommodating and wonderful to work with. The facility has wonderful amenities. We will definitely be coming back to Wayerscape.

This was a great experience…from booking to adjusting dates to actual stay. The unit was clean and had all accommodations we needed. It came with 2 chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The owner was incredibly helpful and hands on. The pools were well supervised, making sure rules were followed and all participants were adhering to them. Great experience. We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay and will be coming back. This unit is super close to the parking garage (basically right across the hall) as well as pool access. Everything about the accommodations were fabulous and stacy was quick to help with whatever/respond. The only complaint was that the stove top was the best to utilize as it was a little clunky due to being older and the floors got pretty dirty easy. We actually bought a swiffer to clean the floors every day during our stay. Overall 5 stars though. Perfect location if you have little ones, the pool area, splash pad and beach are so great! Our little guy had a blast. The proximity to everything makes it easy for parents to have a good time with wild toddlers!

Beautiful condo right on the beach!

Our family enjoyed a beautiful week on the beach at Stacy's condo. Walking distance to the boardwalk and convenient grocery delivery. My kids played all week with the beach toys and in the pool. We wished all the pools would have been heated bit overall it was a great property!

Wonderful stay! Perfect for our family of 5! Location of condo is a short walk from the pool and provides all the amenities needed! Not a great view from balcony, but 1st floor was very convenient! The beach is close and pristine and Waterscapes offers a lot for families and kids! Will be back!

Wonderful Vacation

My husband and I vacationed with our daughter and three grandkids at the beautiful Fort Walton Beach in Florida. The condo we stayed in was clean, (smelled like bleach :) very spacious, and beautifully decorated! All of the beds and pillows were cozy and comfy which allowed for the perfect nights rest. The way the unit is set up, it's kind of like 3 separate apartments with each one having it's own individual exit to the back patio! Very nice when you're the first one up and don't want to disturb the others by traipsing through their room. Another plus about our unit was the availability of the owner. We were confused about how to connect to the wi-fi, so my daughter called the condo owner who answered IMMEDIATELY and resolved the problem. It was reassuring to know she was there when we needed her. It was a beautiful condo, excellent location and a wonderful vacation! We will Definitely be staying there again next year! :)

Why they chose this property

We are excited to be a part of the Waterscape development in the Okaloosa Island area as it offers unparallel amenities in this vicinity (see amenities list for detail). When we vacation we look for properties that have a new, fresh feel to them. This can be achieved if a complex is in fact new but is also possible if the right property management and owners council is in place. The last thing a guest (or us) wants is to arrive in an atmosphere that has not been kept up...it can ruin a vacation.
