The first floor with it's high ceilings includes a large living room/dining room, updated kitchen, powder room, foyer and a quiet sun room where you can get away and enjoy a good book. The second floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and can accommodate 11 comfortably. Rejuvenate after a day at the beach in our brand new outdoor shower and changing room. Lounge in the beautiful backyard amidst our perennial garden while grilling dinner on the gas grill that is available for your use.
