The first floor bathroom was updated this year and has a walk-in shower with multiple shower jets. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower and a new washer and dryer on the first floor.

After a day at the beach, relax in the fenced-in backyard and enjoy the newly installed hot tub (available only in season). There are also two BBQ grills and an outdoor table and seating for enjoying family meals in the evenings. The wrap-around porch affords a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the sea breezes. There are also two balconies off of the upstairs master bedroom. Inside, the living room includes a flat screen TV and cable television and there are televisions in three of the bedrooms as well.
