This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom completely furnished villa is your beach rental getaway. Located in the center of Hilton Head Island with access to its own semi-private beach, this is your beach vacation getaway. Whether for a family vacation, a girls weekend away, or a romantic escape this smoke free/pet free villa and the amenities at Hilton Head Resort are there for your enjoyment. With two outdoor pools, an indoor heated pool, a Jacuzzi tub, steam room, exercise room, six lighted tennis courts, an indoor running track, and an on-site deli/bar and beach cabana with an awesome little bar/eatery, you'll want to experience this locale.

This villa is located in building one, the closest building to the beach within the Resort and offers free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave, garbage disposal, toaster, blender, and a coffee maker. The kitchen includes silverware, cooking utensils, dishes, cups, glasses, bowls, pots and pans, and everything the chef in you desires.

Both bedrooms have cable television with 32-inch high definition flat screen televisions and Wi-Fi Built-in Smart Blu-ray DVD Players, ceiling fans, closets, and dressers. The plush Queen Pillow Top mattress sized bed in the master bedroom is complemented with its own private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and easy access to the second bathroom in the villa.

The living room has a 46-inch high definition flat screen television with cable and a Wi-Fi Built-in Blu-ray DVD Player. The comfortable sleeper sofa has a queen sized mattress for additional sleeping arrangements. Adjacent to the living room is the outdoor patio where you can relax after a long day at the beach and watch the sun set.


Speaking of the beach, what stay would be complete without lying on the beautiful sandy beaches or swimming in the refreshing ocean this exquisite island offers? No need to bring beach gear as the villa already has beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards for you to use at your pleasure. There is also a beach cart to transport these items to the sand.

Walk to the beach using our own private boardwalk through the salt marsh full of birds with its view of the adjoining award winning Robert Trent Jones golf course. If this short five minute walk isn't for you, our courteous on-site security personnel run a beach shuttle every hour to and from the resort to our very own Cocos on the Beach, a snack bar with full beer and liquor with an island theme and occasional live music. Enjoy our uncrowded beach or stroll in either direction for miles to see the beachfront beauty of Hilton Head.

Excellent location!

Perfect home base for our first trip to Hilton Head Island. Beauty walk to the beach, well equipped villa, easy access to outdoor pool and a great on site store / restaurant. Cleaning could have been a bit more thorough before we arrived. Would rent this unit again in a heartbeat.

Excellent location, fully equipped, short walking distance to the beach

The condo was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was located in the building closest to the pool and boardwalk to the beach. The bar and grill had an amazing menu with quick service. The beach wasn't over crowded and was such a short walking distance. The beds were uncomfortable, but not so much that we didn't enjoy our stay. Will definitely be staying again!

Perfection!!!

The condo was exactly as described! It is an easy 1/2 mile walk across the boardwalk to get to the beach. The resort does have a shuttle throughout the day to take you to the beach! The host was super helpful and responds promptly to any messages! We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful Condo for a beautiful vacation

We stayed in Perry's condo as a "back to school" vacation for our family. It was everything we could have asked for and more. Working with Perry made preparing for the trip super easy. It was our first trip to Hilton Head and I have no doubt it won't be our last. Not only was the condo great but the resort had it all. Pools, beach bars, indoor pools, ice cream, etc.

Great Vacation!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! Perry sent me all required documents to make check in a breeze, then he even called that evening to make sure we made it and to see if he could help us with anything. He even led me to the only grocery store that wasn't PACKED! I got in and out without a problem. We enjoyed the pools, and there was a cart to push our things down the boardwalk to the beach. It was an overall great stay and we made a ton of wonderful memories!

Perfect vacation on HHI

Perry's villa was the perfect place to stay to enjoy HHI. The villa was beautifully decorated, well equipped and clean. Perry was wonderful to work with, and provided great information and communication. He was also willing to accommodate our flight schedule, while other owners were not. It is in my opinion the best building of the Hilton Head Resort, and great location within the building, close to the elevator, laundry, larger pool, and path to the beach. I also found the whole resort to be well kept, clean and safe. I would highly recommend this property!

First time in Hilton Head

We enjoyed our week in Hilton Head. The condo was just as advertised. Kitchen was well-stocked, beach toys, chairs and a wagon were provided. The owner was responsive, although we had no problems. The boardwalk to the beach was beautiful and peaceful and really wasn’t a long walk.our kids loved the resort amenities. My only disappointment was that there were red flags every day of our trip, so we couldn’t play in the ocean, but nothing we could do about that. The beach wasn’t crowded, especially at low tide so we could still enjoy the sun and sounds of the ocean. We’re sad to be leaving!

Updated Decor

This was a last minute trip that turned out to be great with the owner, Perry's, help. I was able to stay the very day after contacting him with no problems. The unit is in a nice gated area with about a 1/4 mile boardwalk to the beach. It has nice pools, indoor and outdoor and a great little bar at the beach (closed in winter). This property has updated décor, clean with soft towels and was even stocked with toilet paper (not cheap hotel kind) and hand soap (also not cheap hotel kind). There was even nice beach towels and beach chairs there for your use. I would definitely stay again and would recommend any of Perry's properties as he was wonderful to work with and very helpful with directions and area attractions.

Perfect Spot in HHI

Condo was in the best building overlooking the pool and poolside restaurant (food was great by the way). Room was clean and had everything we needed including supplies for the beach: chairs, towels, sand toys and a big wheel rolling cart. Sheets and bedding were soft and cozy and as a family of 4 we had plenty of space with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Location of room was great for easy access to the walkway that takes you to the beach. The walk wasn't as long as I thought it was going to be and the marsh was actually peaceful and beautiful to walk back and forth across each day. Having Coco's on the beach at the end of the walkway gave everything an island feel with music, volleyball, snacks, drinks, and a bathroom that is ALWAYS open. Indoor pool was great for the kids as well. So many options around the resort. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

The place was not that clean. Blind missing in bedroom had to put sheet over window. Things are out dated. Talked to owner and he did nothing about the blind and all he had to say was sorry for your inconvenience

Great location, condo needs updating

The condo is at a great location. The beach is a 7 minute walk and there are two pools at the complex. The complex also has a bar and restaurant which was very convenient. The condo pictures are inaccurate. The living room pictures were staged and the current furniture is not as nice. The condo could use some updating as well. Bathroom showers and kitchen especially. It did look like the condo flooring in the bedrooms were recently updated from carpeting. The host provided a collapsible wagon to take to the beach which was a nice touch. The towels and beach chairs were rusty and stained. Would bring your own if possible. Overall I would say it’s a reasonable place to stay but I will be providing some suggestions for improvement to the host.

Location was great and amenities were enjoyable. The walk to the beach was a little long, but not bad at all. Host was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. The room could use a little updating, but overall was perfectly fine for our needs. The twin beads were squeaky and a little uncomfortable for the kids. The biggest issue was the lack of hot water. We had to strategically shower so that everyone could at least have a warm shower. Overall it was a good stay with no major issues.

Good room for a couple!

Good accurate listing! The walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on outside. Water didn’t stay hot in the shower for more than 5 minutes but the bed is very comfortable, as well as the couch. The walk to the beach is nice. The restaurant Cocos was very good as well! We enjoyed our stay!

Clean and well supplied

We had a great week. Villa was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The resort has nice amenities, including pools and beach access. However, the resort is older and showing signs of needing some renovations. For example, the stairwells were not in the best of condition and the door to unit was deteriorating.

Joe, Thank you for ALWAYS responding to my questions so quickly. You made the whole reservation process seamless. We were looking for a reasonably priced property in Hilton Head Resort. Although the boardwalk is long, it is absolutely beautiful scenery. We did not mind the walk as you provided the cart and beach chairs. Plus, there is a shuttle but we opted to walk to the beach. Not to mention beach towels. We did not lack for anything. The condo was clean too. If I had to state anything that could be improved would be the visual condition of the condo. It was all functional but a bit old/worn. Overall, we would definitely rent from you again. Thank you Joe!!!

Owner was very accommodating. There were no beach towels in the unit, but a quick call and response from the owner remedied the issue. I would recommend some furniture updates but unit was nice. I would rent again from this owner.
