Great comfortable stay

Great location, comfortable and well equipped apartment. Only downside is that we were not aware that there were no towels/sheets available in the apartment, which added a little stress until we were able to rent some for the week.

Great location, easy access to the slopes.

Fantastic location, the apartment was as described, we were 5 and we were comfortable. Great things to mention are around location: nova 5 is by the parking which means easy access to load and unload the car. The sky storage is in nova 1 which means really easy access to the slopes. The apartment had all the things we needed. Eric was very helpful all the time.

l'arrivée s'est trÚs bien passée à l'exception de l'explication du local pour le matériel dont personne ne savait donner la localisation. Le logement était top mais pour 5 personnes et pas plus. La cuisine super bien à 2, 3 détails (fouet, casseroles) mais autrement plein de petits trucs déjà sur place. Il manquait aussi un rideau de douche qui aurait permis de ne pas tout mouiller. Je vous le conseille

Nous avons passĂ©s une super semaine dans cet appartement situĂ© Ă  La Nova aux Arcs 1800. L’appartement est parfaitement conforme Ă  l’annonce et le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs rĂ©actif! Le local Ă  ski situĂ© tout en haut de l’immeuble est un plus trĂšs apprĂ©ciable tout comme la place de parking couverte. Merci pour ce super sĂ©jour !

Excellente semaine aux Arcs dans cet appartement trĂšs bien situĂ©, confortable (la piĂšce Ă  vivre spacieuse est dotĂ©e d’une vraie cuisine, ce qui est exceptionnel pour ce type de logement

appartement tres bien agencé. Coup de coeur sur le mobilier (tete de lit et grandes baies vitrées) année 50. et salle de bain typique de l'epoque (moulée d'un seul tenant) vraiment sympa pour ceux qui y sont sensibles Agence (pour les clefs) assez compliqué a trouver, pas la bonne adresse que figurant sur les mails. tres bien placé et surtout super vue

Ski trip with friends in Les Arcs 1800

Het was een geslaagde trip in Les Arcs 1800. Appartement is gelegen in een zeer groot gebouw. Bij aankomst kan je makkelijk de spullen uitladen doordat gelegen is aan de kant waar ook de parking is. Enige nadeel is dat voor het skiën je wel telkens een stevige klim moet doen, aangezien het gebouw op een helling staat. Het appartement was proper en goed geëquipeerd. Voor 5 personen is dit goed te doen, als er 1 iemand op het uitschuifbed onder de zetel ligt. Met meer dan 5 is niet haalbaar. Terras is ideaal bij goed weer en heeft na het skiën heel de tijd zon. Communicatie met agentschap begon goed, aangezien ze mij belden voor wat extra info. Ze zouden mij ook nog een mail sturen met verdere instructies over het ophalen van de sleutel en het bereiken van het appartement. Na een aantal dagen niets te ontvangen teruggebeld. Er stond blijkbaar een fout in mijn e-mailadres. Toen laten verbeteren en duidelijk gezegd dat het gewoon mijn achternaam was. Echter uiteindelijk nog steeds niets ontvangen. Hierdoor stonden we bij aankomst bij het verkeerde agentschap en werden we daar doorgestuurd naar het juiste. Ook wisten we daardoor ook niet dat de parkingscode al bij ingang van het gebied moest ingeven worden, waardoor we (al goed zonder extra kost) opnieuw naar de toegangspoort van het gebied moesten en opnieuw binnenrijden. Dit is minder leuk na een rit met enorm veel file, waarbij je zo snel mogelijk wil uitladen. Het appartement is zeker een aanrader en top!

Fijn appartement op een geweldige locatie.

Absolute topvakantie gehad in dit verblijf! Het complex ligt meteen aan de piste, dus je skiet meteen weg! Ook de ESF skischool zit meteen naast de deur, dus geen gedoe met kinderen wegbrengen. Er zit een nieuwe keuken in die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Wij waren met 5 personen; 2 volwassenen en 3 kinderen en ik zou persoonlijk dat als maximum zien. Want zoals bijna alle appartementen in dit gebied is het niet bepaald ruim. De host Eric is echt super, en reageert supersnel op vragen. Ik heb het contact met hem echt als zeer prettig ervaren! Het inchecken waren we wat minder gecharmeerd van, ontzettend lange rijen door geen spreiding van de inchecktijden dus uiteindelijk konden we pas na 18.00 naar binnen. We hadden ons al aangemeld om 11.00 en zouden een berichtje krijgen als de sleutels eerder zouden terugkomen maar helaas nooit iets gehoord. Al met al zouden we hier zo nog een keer terugkomen, het was echt heerlijk!!

Appartement trÚs bien rénové et casier à ski pratique

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans cet appartement rĂ©novĂ© et rĂ©organisĂ© avec goĂ»t. La prĂ©sence d’un casier Ă  ski au plus prĂšs des pistes (Nova 1) et la place de parking souterrain sont de gros plus. Communication claire et efficace avec le propriĂ©taire et la conciergerie. Nous y sĂ©journerons Ă  nouveau avec plaisir.

Sehr schönes, neu renoviertes Appartement im Herzen von Les Arcs

Klassischer Les Arcs-Grundriss, allerdings neu renoviert (bis auf das Bad), mit neuer KĂŒche, neuem Boden und abtrennbaren SchlafrĂ€umen. Sehr vollstĂ€ndige Ausstattung. Der Parkplatz und ein eigener Skiraum nahe der Pisten steigern den Komfort erheblich. Die Lage des Nova-Komplexes genau zwischen den Einkaufspassagen der Ortsteile Charvet und Villards und am Fuße der Lifte ist ideal. Anmietung und RĂŒckgabe hĂ€tte nicht einfacher sein können, der Kontakt mit Eric war sehr nett und er war bei Fragen sehr hilfreich und hat auch sehr schnell reagiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Propriétaire peu scrupuleux

Je mets en garde toutes personnes qui voudraient prendre la location de cet appartement, vous vous exposez Ă  une personne peu scrupuleuse qui profite de la force de prĂ©lĂšvement d’Abritel sans ĂȘtre Ă  l’écoute de ses hĂŽtes. Nous avons passĂ© 2 semaines dans cet appartement. AprĂšs notre dĂ©part, nous avons reçu d’Abritel, pour information qu’il allait nous prĂ©lever des frais supplĂ©mentaires 36 € pour un bol de cafetiĂšre cassĂ©. Je prĂ©cise que nous n’avons eu aucun Ă©tat des lieux entrant et sortant. Malheureusement pour nous nous ne buvons pas de cafĂ© et nous n’avons pas remarquĂ© le dĂ©faut de la cafetiĂšre. D’abord j’ai trouvĂ© dĂ©sobligeant que le propriĂ©taire ne nous ai pas appelĂ© pour Ă©voquer le problĂšme. Ensuite j’ai pris contact avec celui-ci en lui expliquant la situation, j’ai tentĂ© de lui prouver ma bonne foi en expliquant que j’avais rĂ©parĂ© certaines chaises qui perdaient leurs vis, j’ai aussi signalĂ© que la vanne d’arrĂȘt d’eau chaude menaçait de casser. Celui-ci m’explique que c’est l’agence qui n’a pas fait son travail d’accompagnement pour les Ă©tats des lieux et qu’il va voir avec eux. AprĂšs 2 semaines d’attente il ne rĂ©pond plus Ă  mes messages et ne rĂ©pond pas au tĂ©lĂ©phone. J’appelle donc l’agence qui me confirme qu’il n’a pas cherchĂ© Ă  les joindre. Monsieur le propriĂ©taire vous ne mĂ©ritez pas un avis positif ! Abritel, mĂȘme combat, dossier de rĂ©clamation restĂ© sans rĂ©ponse ! Pour nous, terminĂ© les locations sur ce site.

Mon séjour à Nova 304

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour dans l'appartement. Il est confortable et parfait pour quatre adultes. Il est trÚs bien situé dans la station Arcs 1800 à proximité du TS de VagÚre. Le chargement et déchargement des bagages est facile et la mise à disposition d'une place de parking couvert est un plus indiscutable. Rapport qualité-prix trÚs favorable. Je recommande.

Bon séjour en janvier 2020

Nous étions 3 adultes et nous avons apprécié cet appartement avec sa place de parking en sous-sol. L'appartement est proche du lieu de déchargement des bagages mais plus éloigné du front de neige; un bon échauffement avant de partir sur les pistes. Le descriptif correspond bien aux éléments présents dans l'appartement et le wifi fonctionne correctement. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Vraiment top! Lappart est suffisamment grand, on y dort bien, on est bien placĂ©s, il y a un parking fermĂ©, la tĂ©lĂ© et bcp de dvd ! Nous Ă©tions avec un petit bĂ©bĂ© donc La baignoire c’est super. Excellent! Je recommande !
