Fantastic Beach & Ocean Views when you walk in the door!

Great ocean views from the whole unit! 4th floor (2nd residential floor) facing right at the beach. The kitchen is remodeled. Here is your chance to get one of the best views for your North Coast Village vacation!!

The property is a one-bedroom ocean view unit. It faces southwest (perpendicular to the ocean) with white water views from all of the windows and even as you walk in the front door. Listen to the cashing waves and watch sail boats slide by. The remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances and completely new cherry wood cabinets is stocked with dishes, plates, pans and other necessities for meal preparation.

You can also enjoy the great view while lying in the king size bed (every window looks straight at the ocean). Additionally, there is a queen size fold out sofa in the living room. Listen to the waves and enjoy your view of white water and beach. You don't have to go out on your balcony or get you binoculars to see this great view.

The bathroom vanity is also new

North Coast Village features two pools, two Jacuzzis, ping pong, billiards, recreation and exercise room, laundry facilities, sauna and putting green, community BBQ area, all located on lush tropical grounds with koi ponds and waterfalls. This is a gated community, with underground security parking for each condo. None of North Coast Village's units have A/C but the ocean location provides for moderate weather.

The property is located right on the Oceanside Beach. Enjoy playing in the waves, surfing, or a walking on the beach to the pier or to the Marina. Fishing is free from the pier. The property has a putting green, lush landscaping with koi ponds, fitness club, recreation room, laundry room and indoor parking. Oceanside is close to both the San Diego Zoo, LEGOLAND and all the sites of San Diego.

The complex and unit are well kept and clean. The site picture is accurate to the view. Close to the marina for food and drink. 3/4 beach mile to nicer establishments in downtown Oceanside.

Owners were available and helpful, but unobtrusive. Our favorite unit so far at N Coast Village. Great location, beautiful grounds. Already planning return visit.

Oceanside Getaway

This condo and the condo complex are amazing. Very clean and very well run operation. Loved the views and the sunsets are sublime. The sound of waves at night are a perfect ocean lullaby.

Perfect Location!!

We had the best time! The ocean was right outside our window. Just a short walk to the beach. Plenty of chairs and beach towels available for us to use. The unit was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Oceanside is a great little town. We would definitely recommend and hope to visit again soon!

Geat apartment and location. Wonderful to wake up to a sea view every morning. Like the updated kitchen and bathroom vanity. One suggestion is to update the toilet and bathtub as well. Thanks for a great vacation.

Stunning view!

Cute condo and property. Everything was as expected. Best part is the amazing view. We loved sitting on the patio watching the beach. It is literaly a one minute walk to the beach.

Wonderful Place!

We had car trouble on our way and were only able to use half of our reservation. When we finally arrived, we were horrendously saddened that we could not have used our entire reservation because it is such an absolutely marvelous place. Just the get a way for time alone

Beautiful property. It was a bit confusing when I arrived, but all was good. Pics are exactly like the property. Views were amazing. AND Kristine is an author. Began reading one of her books - excellent by the way - but didn't finish it, so I ordered it on Amazon. This was just the time away that I needed. Thanks Kristine.

Fantastic all around!

This was the first time my husband my toddler and I have been to California. We picked this condo because of the view and the fact that it had a kitchen and is so close to the beach. Oceanside is a very nice quiet town. I highly recommend driving to Carlsbad they have really cute shops and some really great restaurants. The condo was great and offered everything we needed. You cannot beat the view! I loved sitting out there and watching the beautiful sunsets every night! The only negative is that it doesn't have wifi but it's okay because we were on vacation and didn't need to be on our phones all the time. The owner was great with communication and we will for sure be back again! Highly recommended!

One of the best in Northcoast Village

This unit has a perfect ocean view location with in Northcoast. We have stayed at several units throughout the years and have found many don't reflect the actual ocean view, however this one is exactly as pictured. The ocean breeze comes through the sliding door and bedroom window to keep this unit cool. The pool and BBQ area are directly in view just below also. This Unit was nicely equipped with all necessary cooking items. All pictures posted by the owner are what the unit looks like, other than there were no chairs on the balcony. For the location and price this is by far one of the best units in Northcoast Village.

Nice location, Poor Management

In dozens of stays, this is my first negative review of a home away property. With a little attention, this could be a nice place but cleanliness and details didn't seem to matter. And from the start the owner was not very responsive, suggesting I google when I asked about a couple of things in the area. That should have tipped me off. The property is a bit worn with very old carpet and mattress but we could get over that. It was little things like a dirty fridge with no working ice maker or ice trays, no wine glasses, no things like Kleenex, soap, or even salt and pepper shakers available that made the stay less pleasant. And caffeine junkies beware, No coffee or condiments provided and the ancient coffee pot was moldy. When I asked the owner about some of this, her response was "we make no promises". Finally, I left an expensive piece of electronics in the room and asked if they would return if I paid shipping. Zero response from owner. I would not stay again!

We enjoyed the condo and its great location! The kitchen has been updated and had nice appliances. My only suggestion would be that the drawers need to be cleaned out (lots of junk and messy), and the carpet needs cleaning. Screen door falls off track. Could use some TLC and paint. That would make a huge improvement!

The view, location and condo are exactly as described. Everything you need for the perfect beach getaway. Coffee on the balcony every morning was one of our favorite activities. Pool and spa were wonderful for a relaxing afternoon. Hope to be back next year. Communication with our host was great!

PROS: wonderful view of the ocean. Nice kitchen. Nice big screen tv in living room. Nice that they had beach chairs and beach towels. CONS: all the drawers in the kitchen were filthy and silverware etc. was just thrown in the drawer. There was only one tall glass and a few wine glasses!! All of the plastic containers were just thrown in the cabinet. The tv in the bedroom didn’t work. Only 2 sets of bath towels. No bottled bath soap. No Kleenex. The screen door was off the track. I contacted owner. She wrote “ sorry” and suggested we just keep it open. There were two other chairs for the outside balcony that were completely rusted. The leather sofa was old. Cracked leather and very worn thus super uncomfortable. The bed was weird too. The foot side of it was raised from the head. Not the best of mattresses. The carpet was dirty! The furniture appeared to come from a previous home and was pretty funky. This condo definitely needs a face lift!

We purchased our first North Coast unit in 2012 hand have been so happy with it we decided to buy this one with a better view in May of 2014. We love traveling and love a place with a kitchen, a separate bedroom and great views.

Why they chose this property

The primary reason to book this unit is the ocean view, being steps to the beach and the price. Very few units look straight out at the ocean and if they do they often are the more expensive. Although this cost more than our balcony ocean view unit it is well worth it. Our unit is hundreds less than many of the comparable units.

What makes this property unique

Southwest facing unit with attractive pricing. Kitchen is newly remodeled with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.
