Grande villa tout a fait conforme à la description initiale, trÚs bien située proche des plages et de la montagne mais aussi d'Ajaccio et des commerces en tous genres. Située proche de la mer pour autant l'environnement est calme car la maison se trouve sur une petite colline. L'habitation est trÚs propre, avec un grand salon salle à manger avec vue qui donne sur la terrasse surplombant la piscine, trÚs agréable. Cuisine bien équipée, au global tous les accessoires et ustensiles nécessaires. Lave linge sÚche linge OK. Vue mer tout comme la grande piscine au top.Les chambres sont spacieuses et dotées pour 4 d'entre elles d'une salle d'eau et d'un toilette, trÚs pratique.L'hÎte est prévenante et à l'écoute.Un agréable séjour conforme aux attentes et sans mauvaises surprises.

Excellente expérience. Maison de qualité, quasi chaque chambre a sa sdb et ses toilettes.Suffisamment de vaisselle quand vous etes nombreux, tres bien equipee en ustensiles.Superbe piscine avec un espace de faible.profondeur et un a 2m .Plage, petit commerce de proximite accessible a pied, sinon Porticcio mais plutot en voiture.L'acces est un peu raide mais une fois l'habitude prise pas de soucis.A noter climatisation dans l'espace a vivre et 1 chambre.

Das Haus, das wir azs 2023 schon kannten, ist gerĂ€umig und komplett eingerichtet. Sehr ruhige Lage und toller Blick, auch aufs Meer. Perfekt um u.a. per Motorrad den SĂŒden der Insel zu erkunden.

Wir, 5 Freunde mit MotorrĂ€dern, haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Es war alles da was wir gebraucht haben, alles war sehr sauber, tolle Terrasse mit Meerblick, schöner Pool, wunderbare Ausgangsposition, die SĂŒdhĂ€lfte Korsikas zu erkunden. Auch der Kontakt mit dem EigentĂŒmer, der uns empfangen hat, war sehr angenehm.

Villa idéale pour vacances en famille

Nous avons passé de formidables vacances dans cette villa. La description est conforme. Elle est trÚs bien située, la piscine est superbe avec transats et douche extérieure. La villa dispose de tout le matériel nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour sous le soleil. On peut facilement stationner 3 véhicules sur le terrain clos. Bon contact avec les différents intervenants.

Belle maison, dommage...

Tres belle maison sur les hauteurs avec vue mer. Des chaises longues et parasols a disposition. Dommage pour le manque d'entretien. Des chambres qui sentaient le renfermĂ© ainsi que les meubles de cuisine. Des moutons un peu partout. Des matelas et sommiers inconfortables et trop petit pour des personnes 1,90 m.(sauf chambre verte) Dans l'une des chambres, des cheveux et miettes dans le lit. La piscine pas entretenue correctement (et on s'y connaĂźt). Chambres du bas avec petites douches et des choses Ă  rĂ©parer (cuvette wc pas fixĂ©, grand parasol, ... Clim uniquement dans salon et pas dans les chambres (chaudes đŸ„”). Peux mieux faire...

Un havre de paix

La villa est idéale pour séjourner en famille, trÚs calme, spacieuse, bien équipée à tous les niveaux, la terrasse est grande et la vue superbe, la piscine parfaite avec de l'eau de mer. Que du positif, j'ai passé une merveilleuse semaine, en compagnie de mes enfants.

Maison familiale

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines en famille (6 adultes et 4 enfants) et nous avons profité pleinement de cette maison. Tres bien située, avec une superbe vue ,elle est trÚs fonctionnelle et trÚs bien équipée (electro menager,cuisine,transats....) La piscine est trÚs agréable et a fait la joie des petits et des grands. Nous recommandons cette location.
