Located 2 steps from the Mediterranean beaches, this 220m² villa with swimming pool is ideal for enjoying the seaside while having access to the advantages of the city center. Thanks to the 4 sunny bedrooms, it can accommodate 8 people.
The 4 bedrooms have a double bed, one also has a cot. In addition to 3 bathrooms with WC as well as a separate WC, the villa offers all the comforts of modern life:
- Fully equipped open kitchen.
- Dining room with 8 seats and high chair.
- Full Hi-Fi equipment and Internet access.
The bright living room of 70 m² opens onto a covered terrace equipped with a summer kitchen which overlooks the landscaped garden as well as the secure 10x5 swimming pool with alarm. The 6 deckchairs, the ping-pong table and the summer lounge sheltered under the pergola, as well as the pétanque field, will allow you to make the most of the Mediterranean sun away from prying eyes.
Pets are allowed in this villa.
You can fully enjoy your family vacation, even with small children.

The property was amazing, very close to a local shop, bakery, and pizza restaurant, but still secluded and private. Antibes railway station was about 20 mins walk, with access to Monaco, Cannes, and much more. The hosts were very accommodating and met out every need. We will probably be back another time as this property was outstanding in terms of space but also felt quite intimate.

Stunning villa in great location

Photos didn’t do this villa justice. Beautifully appointed with stunning garden and pool area. The owners Marc and Ann’Audrey were so lovely and really helpful. Walking distance to the beautiful old town and beaches. Small supermarket and boulangerie very conveniently located nearby. We had a wonderful week’s holiday here with our family and hope to return one day.

Brilliant!!

We stayed in August 2024 , 4 adults and 4 teenagers the house was brilliant. We loved the pool area, beautiful greenery and seating areas were fantastic seats for everyone. Kids loved the table tennis area. The house was really nice, as we approached the drive with the automatic gates we weren’t disappointed. Thanks to the hosts they were very helpful.

Family week in Antibes

We were a family of seven adults celebrating a birthday. The accommodation is spacious and easily met our needs. The property is well presented with good living accommodation throughout. The pool is large and well maintained. It was in constant use through out our stay. The hosts were excellent! Communication was excellent during booking and during our stay. All local facilities are within easy driving distance and a supermarket and bakery are within a short walk. Based on our experience we would have no hesitation in recommending this property. Tip: Apply mosquito repellent in the evenings.

Zeer aangename villa met ruime parkeerplaatsen. Redelijk dicht bij Antibes stad, wandelafstand - 25 minuten. Enigste negatieve puntje zijn de kleine bedden.Maar voor de rest een aanrader.

Perfekt summer / Perfect summer

Vi havde en skøn uge i dette dejlige hus. Huset levede op til alle vores forventninger. Huset var rent og pænt, udekøkkenet med spiseplads og poolen var fantastisk. Gode indkøbsmuligheder indenfor kort afstand. Strand og Antibes by kunne opleves i gåafstand. Vi var heldige at have en fantastisk dag på vandet på en privat speedbåd. Værterne Marc og Ann’Audery var meget søde og hjælpsomme. En kæmpe anbefaling herfra - vi vender helt sikkert tilbage :-) We had a wonderful week in this lovely house. The house met all our expectations. The house was clean and neat, the outdoor kitchen with dining area and the pool were fantastic. Good shopping opportunities within a short distance. The beach and the city of Antibes could be experienced within walking distance. We were lucky to have a great day on the water on a private speedboat. The hosts Marc and Ann'Audery were very sweet and helpful. A huge recommendation - we will definitely be back :-)

Fantastisk opphold i Villa nær Antibes

Villaen hadde et fantastisk uteområde med stort badebasseng, sittegruppe og solsenger. Vi spiste de fleste måltidene ved et stort bord i ute kjøkkenet, og dette var overbygd og svalt i varmen. Ellers var soverommene fine og det er også behagelig med hele 3 bad. Villaen ligger få kilometer utenfor Antibes som er en veldig koselig by, med mange små butikker og koselige restautranter. Vi hadde en super uke;-)

Schönes Haus in lauter Lage

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und schön. Die Eigentümer sind sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Leider liegt das Haus in zweiter Reihe zu einer sehr befahrenen Straße. Es ist tagsüber aber auch nachts sehr laut. Je nach Wetter fliegen auch die Flugzeuge über das Haus…. Das Haus ist wirklich gut ausgestattet und hat einen schönen Garten mit tollem Pool, aber uns war es zu laut.

Phantastischer Urlaub in Antibes!

Ein wunderschönes Haus, entspricht genau der Beschreibung, wobei das Flair mit den Palmen und dem wunderbaren Pool, auf Fotos kaum wiedergegeben wird. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet . Die Kommunikation mit Marc und seiner Frau AnnÁudrey war sehr herzlich, beide sind sehr hilfsbereit und immer für Fragen oder Hilfestellung da. Wir haben den Pool, die Großzügigkeit des Hauses und natürlich den Außenbereich sehr genossen. Es gibt ein Aquarium im Haus und Singvögel, sowie Schildkröten in einer Voliere im Garten. Das fanden wir ganz wunderbar und hat uns viel zu Beobachten gegeben. Marc und AnnÁudrey sind entspannt und schenken den Gästen, die ihr Haus, bewohnen ihr Vertrauen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, gerne wieder!

Ruime woning met buitenkeuken en zwembad als top 3 sterke punten.

Naast de drie hogergenoemde punten, springen in het oog: uitgebreid en heel persoonlijk ontvangst van de huiseigenaar, mogelijkheid hem tijdens verblijf hulp te vragen (woont vlakbij, maar niet nodig gehad), ruime parkeerplaats. Bakker en Casino (=grootwarenhuis) op 4 minuten wandelafstand. Strand (900 m) en Oud-Antibes (ruim 20 minuten wandelen) redelijk dichtbij, in praktijk toch meestal de auto genomen.

Villa sans vis-à-vis avec une superbe piscine. Cuisine extérieure, salon extérieur et transat de qualité. Immense volière, tortues, ping-pong et terrain de pétanque. Place pour 4 voitures dans la propriété. Prises anti moustiques dans chaque pièce et buanderie. Villa bien équipée pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. On y reviendra.

Topverblijf aan de cote d'Azur

Heerlijk huis met prachtige tuin, buitenkeuken en zwembad in een rustige en veilige omgeving. Met een mooie bakkerij en buurtsuper vlakbij en natuurlijk het centrum van Antibes en Juan les Pins op een paar autominuten afstand een top uitvalsbasis. Eigenaren Marc en Ann zijn heel aardig en zijn terecht erg trots op deze woning.
