The house is large, quiet and very bright with a beautiful view. Furnished with care and a lot of character, it will allow you to relax even many. Individual spaces: Three bedrooms are equipped with a bathroom, two bathrooms, two relaxation areas, TVs, fireplace, library and games.
A large clear and ombragé.Portique field. Can sled. Direct start walking from home to hiking. In the direct vicinity of the Serre -Chevalier station. House divisible and flexible from 6 to 14 people, to consult us for the prices as for those of the hirings of long weekend.

Two weeks of good walking & mountainview in Briançon

We were well received by Thierry Delmas and his spouse on Saturday 29 July 2023. We had a good tour on the property, but discovered then that part of the property is rented to another person. By this part of the parking space is reserved for the car of this person. Moreover this person lived there the first week and the second week this part of the property was rented out to a couple with a small baby.. We had preferred to get this information beforehand. The bedrooms and sanitary are OK but dated (+/- 1960). The kitchen and terras are well equiped. The garden is fantastic and certainly an asset with children between 8 and 12 years! As such we enjoyed 2 weeks of good family holidays with nice weather and fantastic walks. This property can become a top location when the bedrooms and sanitary are updated and the separate rented part of the property is integrated.

Semaine de Noël en famille

Merci à Thierry et Jean Luc Delmas pour cette maison dédiée aux vacances en montagne. Nombre de chambres, équipements, préparation de la maison avant notre arrivée, tout cela nous a permis de passer un excellent séjour. La grosse chute de neige lors de notre arrivée a permis des parties de luge dans le très grand jardin en pente adéquate. La chaufferie (très efficace) au sous sol à permis le séchage de tous les équipements. Bref on aimerait bien revenir ! Bonne année 2025 à nos hôtes

Rustic, Massive, Cosy.

Thierry and Quintina helped me arrange this property at very short notice, they were helpful and easy to communicate with, even with the communication barriers. The house is on the hill above briancon just below the beautiful hill forts. Shops and town are a 5 minute drive, serre chevalier is a 20 minute drive. We used the house as a cheaper alternative to staying in villeneuf. The house is very big and has many bedrooms and a garage for skis. It has 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens! It has a large garden and parking. I cannot reccomend this property enough. Thank you for your hospitality.
