Very nice house, repainted and brought up to date, this villa enjoys a south facing -West. The -living room is spacious and bright lounge overlooking 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
The kitchen is independent with a dining area and a storeroom
The living room opens onto a covered terrace, in front of a magnificent swimming pool secured by a removable shelter, a large enclosed garden with trees.
 1500 m2. can house several vehicles The grill for grills is hard and outdoors. The sea is 800 m on foot through the forest.
We rent only by the week.

A Great Stay

Extremely well-appointed property with a large secure well-tended garden. The house is perfectly positioned for the local beaches, and the town and port. The large decking area was very useful for outdoor living and summer evenings, a lovely place to relax. The kitchen had everything you needed for self-catering and the house was very comfortable. We made good use of the pool, much to our grandsons’ delight. M Bélier was very helpful and a reassuring presence in case of any problems. Fortunately we had none. We had great stay.

Avons passé 2 semaines formidables en famille ,le temps était au rendez-vous sauf quelques jours la deuxième semaine….. tout le monde a profité de la piscine dans une villa tout confort et spacieuse…le plus les voitures garées dans la propriété et tous les commerces que l’on peut faire à pieds ….donc je recommande

Mooi comfortabel huis/zwembad. Alles aanwezig en kwaliteitsvol. Zwembad kan afgesloten worden. Voor strand en supermarkt wel auto nodig. Wij hebben ervan genoten.

Wunderschöne und sehr saubere Unterkunft

Zu uns: Ein Paar und zwei Freund 18+ zur Erholung eine Woche im Juni 2022 Lage: Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen (Super U inklusive Fischgeschäft und Apotheke sowie eine 24 Std. - Tankstelle). Das Meer ist in 15 min. fußläufig erreichbar. Zum Baden empfehlen wir allerdings die etwas weiter weg gelegenen Strände Plage de la Mine oder Plage du Veillon. Unterkunft: Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft! Innerhalb und außerhalb des Hauses ist alles sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt! Wir haben viele Ferienhäuser besucht, aber keines hat uns dahingehend so beeindruckt. Die Küche war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet - sogar Handtücher standen zur Verfügung, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die Badezimmer waren hygienisch einwandfrei und auch hier wurden wir mit zur Verfügung gestellten Badematten positiv überrascht. Die Schlafzimmer waren ebenfalls nicht nur sehr sauber, sondern auch mit gereinigten Decken und Kissen sowie tollen Matratzen ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich lässt auch keine Wünsche offen: Die Terrasse und der Garten bieten gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten, um schöne gemeinsame Abende zu verbringen. Der Pool war bei den uns gegönnten sehr warmen Tagen eine Wohltat. Und trotz der Temperaturen war das Haus sehr kühl. Alles andere: Ganz herzlichen Dank an dieser Stelle an die liebe Vermieterin und den zuvorkommenden Betreuer des Hauses. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt, alles hat reibungslos und sehr schnell geklappt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

De woning en het domain voldoen volledig aan de omschreven beschrijving. De woning is netjes en zeer goed uitgerust. Het domein is ruim en verzorgd met een mooi zwembad. Contact met uitbaatster is zeer direct en aangenaam.

Maison tout confort et très bien équipée

Nous avons eu l’occasion de passer une très bonne semaine dans cette maison agréable, bien équipée et apportant de nombreux services. Le cadre piscine/jardin est fantastique. La propriétaire, ainsi que l’équipe d’accueil sont très agréable et efficace, et cela fait de votre séjour une vraie réussite !!

Séjour très agréable 1 semaine en juillet dans propriété clos sans aucun vis à vis. Piscine excellente, le dôme permettant d avoir une eau assez chaude des que l extérieure est ensoleillé, mais aussi de sécuriser la piscine quand il y a des jeunes enfants. Propriétaire très gentille et accueil très bien. A recommander sans modération.

Superbe maison avec un vaste et très joli terrain arboré. Propriété très au calme.

Propriété implantée dans un endroit calme mais très proche du centre de Jard et de ses commerces (-1km), un peu plus loin des plages (1,5km pour la plus proche). Nous avons profité pleinement de la piscine spacieuse qui conserve la chaleur (entre 27 et 29) grâce à son dôme que nous fermions tous les soirs. Maison très bien équipée avec de l’électroménager de qualité. La maison conserve sa fraîcheur bien que nous ayons eu des journées chaudes. Nous y avons séjourné 15 jours en famille avec nos grands enfants (4 adultes et 5 une partie de notre séjour). En cet été un peu particulier (covid 19) nous avons très apprécié cet havre de paix : notre séjour nous a réellement fait un bien fou ! Un grand merci à la propriétaire très à l’écoute ainsi qu’au voisin chargé de la remise des clés.

Une belle maison, bien équipée ou rien ne manque et où tous les équipements sont de qualité. Un accueil très sympathique et une réactivité très appréciable de la personne assurant le suivi des locations. Des vacances reposantes entre piscine et mer. Nous y reviendrons sans hésitation !

nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans une maison très bien agencée où il y a tout ce qu'il faut, conforme au descriptif. Sauf les distances indiquées mer, commerces et centre ville qu'il faut multiplier par deux voire plus !
