Very nice. I was upset we at 73 had to carry our bags up a large flight of stairs. I felt i had made sure not to be in a place we had to use stairs. Just make sure people know there is a large flight of stairs.

Very nice property! As advertised: Clean, Updated, Great location to all attractions & Decorated for Christmas. They have gone out of their way to make our stay in the condo as comfortable as possible. Beds very comfortable with pillow top mattress and kitchen stocked with everything we could have needed. Great communication, easy check-in. Thank you for helping make our vacation a great trip!

We really enjoyed the stay at your property. It is very well located. The property inside and outside is very well-maintained. We had plenty of room in this condo. A few minutes to the 76 country Boulevard.

Maintenance

There are a few items that may need to be adjusted, screen of the dining room is ripped, front closet Dorr only had 2 screws in top hinge, door is wobbley, towel rack in MBR came off, we attached back. Response was great and I'd definitely rent from them again! Thank you

Great Property Overall

This condo is very nice and has lots of room. A few things we noticed: The recliner in the living room had a broken leg. I reported this to the owner so they know it was that way when we arrived. You could visibly see a lot of dirt under the loveseat. The tub faucet in the master bedroom dripped constantly. This was not a bother to us, just a note. The condo smelled very nice and had a great view! The owners had provided a lot, extra towels, fans, pillows, extra sheets etc. Overall this is a nice unit and we enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed at the foothills before at a different condo in a different building. That is why we booked back in the foothills again. The area is perfect. The condos are arranged very nicely, but we were a bit disappointed this time as both of the beds were horrible as far as comfort goes . The patio door did not work correctly. It was always off track or very hard to open and shot I don’t know if this was older Condo than the other one we stayed at or what, but it just was not quite as nice.

Peaceful and serene, but close to everything you want to do during your vacation to Branson. Why they chose this property

We have owned several condos in Branson before we found this one. We waited and looked for years prior to purchasing this condo. We wanted to be in the 'Foothills' of Thousand Hills because of the large size of these condos (approx. 1400 sq. ft.) and the PERFECT location it offers. It's central location is within minutes of everything Branson has to offer. It is fully equipped with everything you might need to have a great stay and vacation in Branson. We plan to someday retire and live in this Condo full time. We love it there.

This condo offers so much more space than most condos in Branson. The views are great and It is easy to relax and enjoy your time at this condo since it includes all the comforts of home.
