Modernized Beach Guest House with Fully Equipped Kitchen, Living Room, 2 Bedrooms. Living Room has Futon that sleeps 2, Master has King Bed, Second Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds (can convert to King) Bathroom has tub/shower combination and plentiful storage. Courtyard is enclosed and catches Bay and Ocean breezes. Free Wireless Internet and Cable TV. Close to it all - beaches, boating, dining, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, entertainment, surfing., basketball and kids play areas.

We take pride in the cleanliness of the home. Sanitizing and disinfectant products are used during the cleaning process. Linens are professionally cleaned and pillows, comforter inserts, and mattress pads are cleaned using a sanitizing wash and sanitizing dry cycle. I have removed some of the decorative items that are not easily cleaned so the home may seem a bit plainer than you viewed on this site. I hope that this gives you an added peace of mind during your stay.

Host was very accommodating. Place was very well kept. Beach nearby and you don’t need transportation to go around. Place feels very safe. It was a plus with air conditioning in the main bedroom and a fan in the second bedroom. The futon in the main living room was just perfect for my 17 year old. You have all the kitchen supplies for people who want to cook.

This property was great! Great location! The owner was quick to respond if we had questions, etc. The are felt very safe.The only thing I would complain about is there is not a parking spot for this unit. You have to find street parking or pay in lots nearby.
