Perfectly equipped beachfront apartment with pool and sea views. He's in perfect condition. A blind on the terrace allows you to take full advantage of the outdoors at any time of the day. It is a very quiet residence.
It is made up of a living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, sink and a separate toilet.
The residence is secured by a gate opening with a beep and a digital code. At your disposal there is a private parking reserved strictly for this apartment.
In July and August there is a supervisor for the pool. The swimming pool is generally open from May to the end of September.
The shops are right next to the residence: Supermarket, wine cellar, pizzeria, restaurant, clothing store, tobacco shop.
Ballaruc les Bains, Balneotherapy center is 15 km away and Sète 8 km.

Je tiens à vous remercier pour vos commentaires suite à votre séjour dans l' appartement de vacances. Je n'ai jamais eu de problèmes n'y de réflexions concernant la propreté de l'appartement.
Je m'efforce sans cesse d'améliorer les prestations et le service que j'offre à mes locataires.
Jusqu'à présent tous les locataires qui ont séjourné dans l'appartement, ont trouvait celui ci parfaitement bien, correspondant à leur attente, conforme aux descriptions qui figurent sur le site.
Sur la terrasse, il y a une moquette verte, imitation gazon, certes de temps à autres des feuilles de la haie tombent dessus, mais pour moi cela n'est pas sale.
Quand à la literie, je n'ai jamais eu quelconque remarques, elle a été changée en partie l'année passée.
Jamais j'ai eu des commentaires négatifs sur la résidence ainsi que sur la propreté de la plage, bien au contraire, avec le poste de secours devant la résidence, celle ci est parfaitement entretenue.
Sur le site Abritel, une dizaine d'appartements d'autres propriétaires de cette même résidence y figurent, sur aucun de ceux ci figure une appréciation négative, avec résidence bruyante, plage sale…
Pour ce qui concerne la porte de la cuisine, elle ne pouvait être bloquée en position ouverte du fait que l'attache a été arrachée par un courant d'air, ce problème est résolu.
Soyez assuré que nous accordons toujours une attention toute particulière pour le confort et la satisfaction de nos locataires.
Nous regrettons que l'hygiène pourtant très stricte, le ménage étant contrôlé après chaque départ, n'ai pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes.
Les photos figurant sur le site sont conforme à l'appartement, il est parfaitement équipé, et il ne s'agit en aucun cas d'arnaque.

EXCELLENT SEJOUR
Très bel appartement, situation idéale en bord de mer. la piscine est très agréable.. L'appartement est fonctionnel, très bien équipé, ultra propre, et l'accueil sympathique. Nous y avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Parfait pour du farniente en famille. Nous avions emmené des vélos qui nous ont permis quelques balades sympathiques (nombreuses pistes cyclables). A conseiller !
