On the south Atlantic sea Lacanau-Ocean whith the immenses hot beachs. Pleasant nice little house looking onto the forest, in border of a wood of pines,without an opposite construction, distant from 800 m to the town centre ( accessible by the road, by the cyclable track or by the foot path )distant from 1,1km to the sea, distant from 2 km to the lake
.Being convenient for parents,who have young children, who can play in wood and on who the parents keep an eye from the terrace at the south.
Dogs accepted; close every where.
The place of parking is in front of the door and is good to bring home food.
The fridge and the freeze are big;
On the mezzanine:sleep and baggages..
The mezzanine allows bedding and to lay down luggage for instance.
Many cyclables tracks trough the wood and the dunes allow,in this place of the littoral, a contact with the nature whereas it often rains in the south.
Lacanau-Ocean is a villegiature place in which the courtesy of people is appreciable.

I love this town with its surfchampion, shwimmaster on the beach, a golf and a casino, with differents beachs(where we go by car -a lot of parkingplaces-by bicycle, to foot)
In building plot in LACANAU it's the security.
About my love for my house
My pleasant little house looking onto forest of pines has not an opposite construction.
The sunset is wonderfull between the pines It's enjoyable on the long sommernights.
Lodgers can thake your lunch on the terrace on the north.
There is a good airing thanks to 2 doors and there are 2 terraces on the north, on the south;
It's a good insulation, a good heating and a good ventilation.
My house inside is new, a new kitchen with cupboards ;the owners and the lodgers are happy in my house.
All we have need is in my house.
The style comes from " Les Landes"
Acces to the north: little tilled roof to hang out linien.
About my love for my district
My house in this quarter is quiet,calm in the natur, near of the town(800m); we need 10 minutes to foot to go to the center of the town.
My house can not be flooded.
We ca'nt see our neighbours on the right and on the left
My house is builted in the first line of houses just on border of the wood of pines , without an opposite construction.
It's a quiet, resourceful place.
Those houses have been bought on plan and have many avantages:natur, quiet, place of parking in front of the door and proximity from the town.
The Résidence "Le Bidaou" is good keeped by a landscape gardener.
The dust-bin building is correct.
