House in the style of Le Corbusier with very large bay windows offering a real show ofr the sea, 2 equipped kitchens. 3 showers, 1 bathroom. Living room measuring 40 sq.m with a fireplace for winter, 5 bedrooms, a 170 sq.m terrace facing the sea. Pizza oven.Gas barbecue.Solarium with shower.Large private parking inside the property. Large outdoor table under the shade of the pine trees. Petanque court. Sandy beaches 1.5km away. You can rent the linen, please see terms with the owner. Final cleaning is extra. During summer, rentals are for 2 weeks. (In July 2010, the pool area was on the cover of a decoration magazine)
