PERCHERON MANOR HOUSE WITH PRIVATE POOL AND TENNIS COURT

Charming family house located 150 km from Paris, in the Perche Regional Park: it is designed to accommodate several families, possibly of different generations.
It has been completely renovated to provide benefits and a level of modern comfort while retaining its authenticity with wood paneling, tomettes, fireplaces and exposed beams.
The small and large living room have double east / west exposure with direct access to the garden through French windows.
The dining room is large and can accommodate up to 20 people around its large table.
The kitchen is fitted and equipped, regularly renovated and also opens onto the garden through a French window to facilitate meals outside.

A dream holiday destination

We stayed for five blissful weeks with a variety of friends and family visiting. We absolutely loved everything about this wonderful home. The grounds are delightful for children and adults alike and the house is a haven of cool tranquility on a hot day. We particularly appreciated the feeling that this was truly a family home with toys, books, equipment for your every need. We would love to visit again.

Perfect Large Family Stay

The large house provided ample space for our family of 15 to enjoy. With small children, most of the time was spent at the pool, which was perfect for young and old. The grounds and woodland provided much entertainment for the children and helpful shade for those very sunny days. Everyday the tennis court was used and the wildlife very varied. Cows, deer, Red squirells, birds etc. Our only concern was the size of the fridge freezer. With so many mouths to feed, this was not big enough to keep more than one days supply in food and drink. But overall a fantastic location, no one to bother you.

Brilliant family holiday

We booked this property for my Dad's 60th birthday and had the best time! Brigitte was very responsive to any questions we had and the house surpassed all expectations. Very well equipped and perfect for a multi generational family like ours. Thanks again!

Juste géniale !

Impeccable pour séjour en famille ou à plusieurs familles, énorme terrain, tres belle propriété isolée et tranquille, chouette piscine et terrain de tennis. 15 jours magnifiques, quasi sans sortir de la propriété. Supermarché à proximité. Pas grand chose à visiter à moins de 100km.

Charming old house with stunning gardens

The house is fascinating and has been in the owners’ family for 400 years! The gardens are the highlight with beautiful trees, tennis court and swimming pool. The house is well equipped and spacious. It’s an old house and obviously the charm comes with a few quaint glitches such as a few plugs not working. But it really didn’t matter; the weather was glorious and starry nights all spent in the beautiful gardens! The kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend. A welcome pack would be a useful addition especially for people arriving late after shops close!
