Great Escape!

The home was the perfect retreat for our family of five. We enjoyed cooking out, feeding the horses, and watching the stars. And Lori was an incredible host. She was even kind enough to ship us some of the clothing items we left behind.

Fantastic Experience, Great Host

Great Stay. We came for the April 2024 eclipse and worried that we heard horror stories of other travelers dealing with canceled reservations due to demand from the eclipse. Not Lori -- she was aware of the possibility of short term gain, but as she said, she does not operate that way. We appreciate her integrity, and also how cordial and helpful she is as the property host. House is great -- all that is advertised. We loved the scenery in the Texas hill country and enjoyed the surrounding areas including Fredericksburg. The scnery on the property -- wildflowers and Cactus plants, as well as the horses and the cat, were great. We recommend this property, and Lori, without hesitation. If you're looking to get away and enjoy Texas hill country, look no further!
