The plantation style architecture at this small island oasis by the sea is surrounded by swaying palms, tropical flowers, fruit trees, orchids, and mature plumeria trees accented by well manicured lawns.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Great property. Fantastic stay

Unit is well maintained and roomy. We were very comfortable. Location was superb as well. We were 5 minute walk from probably the most fun beach on Poipu. Sea turtles and lots of big waves on sandy beach perfect for young ones.

Perfect location and condo!

We loved the condo and enjoyed the evening sunsets every evening from the lanai. The condo had everything we needed, and the grounds were beautiful. It was just a quick walk to the beach and loved being able to see all the turtles. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

poipu fun

The three story walkup is a bit of a challenge with luggage and supplies, but once you are in your suite, you can forget that and just enjoy the view. This location is ideal. Right across the street from my favorite turtle viewing spot. Easy walking in both directions. No muss or fuss on checking in. Loved every minute!

Great view, convenient location.

Very happy with our stay here. Perfect for 2 couples! There were a few minor issues & these were taken care of immediately. Besides the lovely view, being within walking distance to the beach was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice location.

Some additional wine glasses (only 3) would have been convenient. A chair was broken when we first got to our unit. It was obvious and it could have hurt someone, so they dropped the ball on that one. The bath controls were extremely stiff to operate. The sliding screen doors don't slide so well, especially the one near the entrance. So I my opinion, maintenance was poor.

Wine glasses have been restocked. We will check the bath controls as this is the first we have heard and check on the sliders.
