Charming little house in the middle of an olive grove of 10 hectares conducted in organic farming, with large terrace offering a superb view of Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail. Shared secure swimming pool of 18m x 4m with small bath for children.
You will be 3km from the village of Mazan (all shops), 3 km from Carpentras and 20km from Avignon.
House renovated with traditional materials but with all modern equipment

A perfect place to relax and enjoyWe spent 12 days in Bruno's beautiful and cosy cottage (Christmas/New Year). The house offers all you need, the kitchen is well equipped, all appliances are in good state and ready to use.The house is neatly located in the olive groves, has a huge terrace with a magnificent view of Mt Ventoux and the Dentelles. Many interesting places and villages can be reached within an hour's drive and there's plenty to do.In the evenings we particularly enjoyed cooking and dining in the combined kitchen living-room area and making fire in the fireplace. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and the place is highly recommandable if your looking for some peace and quiet in the countryside and want to discover the beauty and culture of Provence. Bruno is a great host who is ready to help out when you need him and leaves you in privacy.

Der Aufenthalt bei Bruno war „mega“ - mitten im Olivenhain, mit Aussicht auf den Mont Ventoux, Freilauf für den Hund, Rad- und Wanderwegen (Karten und Tipps vor Ort), Küche ist super ausgestattet - der Aufenthalt ist nur zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten zwei wundervolle Wochen in einem gemütlichen Haus mit grandioser Terrasse und Aussicht. Der Vermieter betreibt mit Leidenschaft und viel Kompetenz einen biologischen Olivenhain. Die Natur ist einzigartig und so viele Vogelstimmen haben uns einfach fasziniert. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. Auch die Hunde waren kein Problem und wir fühlten uns willkommen.

Sehr schön, wir würden wieder kommen

Das Haus liegt wunderschön inmitten eines großen Olivenhains. Bruno, der Vermieter, ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ist das Haus geräumiger, als es auf den Fotos wirkt und wirklich mit allem ausgerüstet. Wir haben noch nie so eine gut ausgestattete Küche vorgefunden, es fehlt an nichts. Die Beschreibung ist ein wenig irreführend. Es gibt ein Bad, in dem sich auch das WC befindet. Die Terrasse ist riesig und man hat einen wundervollen Weitblick zum Mont Ventoux und auf die Dentelles. Wir fanden das Haus ein wenig staubig vor. Vermutlich waren wir aber die ersten Mieter nach dem Winter und hatten nur zwei Tage zuvor gemietet. Deshalb hat es uns nichts ausgemacht. Es standen Blumen auf dem Tisch und es war wirklich sehr gemütlich. Wir waren drei Erwachsene und es war groß genug für uns. Das Einzelzimmer war klein, aber völlig ausreichend. Das Bett ist dort 1,90m. Im Sommer ist es bestimmt herrlich mit dem Pool, der direkt hinter dem Haus liegt. Es ist wunderbar ruhig. Die Privatsphäre ist gewahrt, da die anderen beiden Ferienhäuschen, sowie das Haus des Besitzers, separat liegen. Wir würden hier wieder mieten, wenn wir noch einmal in diese Gegend kommen.

Proprietaire charmant .le gîte est très sympa adapté pour 2 adultes et un enfant .Le cadre est magnifique et la piscine un énorme gros plus après une journée de visites ou de randonnées.On ne peut que le recommander !

Un gîte très agréable, bien équipé dans une magnifique oliveraie cultivée en bio (production du domaine à découvrir absolument !!!) par un propriétaire passionné qui sait partager son amour pour le "petit paradis" qu'il a su créer et qui sait accueillir chaleureusement ses hôtes. Très bien situé pour visiter tous les sites les plus réputés d'une région particulièrement touristique, tout en offrant le calme recherché pour des vacances reposantes... Une mention spéciale pour les repas sur la terrasse face au Ventoux, "en musique"... car les oiseaux (loriots, huppes, rossignols) semblent apprécier le domaine et s'en donnent à coeur joie ! Un vrai bonheur... Une seule envie : revenir au plus vite !

Entspannte Woche im Olivenhain

Es war tatsächlich ein sehr charmantes kleines Haus, bestens ausgestattet mit einem gemütlichen Platz vor dem Kamin, einer großen Terasse mit Blick über die Ölbäume auf den Mont Ventoux und nicht zu vergessen: der Swimmingpool! Monsieur Theuerlacher hat uns bei der Ankunft alles erklärt und Tipps für die Ferien gegeben . Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Magnifique vue depuis la terrasse

Petite maison rustique confortable, propre et très pratique, ce qui est rare ! La vue depuis la terrasse juste devant la maison est magnifique. Le terrain l'entourant est un champs d'oliviers à perte de vue. C'est très calme et reposant. Il y a deux autres locations mais perdues dans les oliviers qui ne gênent absolument pas et sont plutôt rassurantes. La grande piscine commune aux locations est un peu excentrée et donc tranquille. L’accueil du propriétaire des lieux qui habite au même endroit est extrêmement agréable, il sait recevoir et vous mettre à l'aise, très disponible, affable et discret. Il est de très bon conseils pour les visites. La location se trouve à quelques km du centre ville de Mazan, où se trouvent tous les commerces utiles. La voiture est indispensable. Je recommande cette location sans hésiter.

La petite maison est très chaleureuse et nous nous y sommes beaucoup plu. Une semaine de détente; un vrai bonheur. A l'attention des vacanciers : n'allez pas au marché de Vellerand : la police municipale est à l'affut et les PV pleuvent. Des prunes dans un marché agricole...

Un séjour agréable dans un cadre enchanteur

Un séjour extrêmement agréable dans un cadre enchanteur, au milieu des oliviers avec une vue magnifique sur le mont Ventoux. Très jolie petite maison, parfaitement équipée, très propre et bien entretenue, pleine de charme, dans un environnement très calme. Le propriétaire, très gentil, nous a fait découvrir les huiles d'olive produites sur ses terres. Un régal ! Parfait pour une échappée tranquille et un séjour reposant.

Excellente semaine au soleil et au calme : la maison est propre, fraîche et accueillante, et un excellent point de départ pour découvrir la région. Aucune nuisance aux alentours, les commerces faciles d'accès, la piscine rafraichissante et spacieuse. Propriétaire sympa et disponible : merci pour les bons plans balades, la région est magnifique.
