Beachfront 3 bedroom home + den (built in 1976) with two beautiful and furnished decks overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, perfect for outside dining. This is our family home, which is occasionally rented. We do not rent to "the masses" nor are we a real estate firm. Note that the exterior picture of the house shows 3 houses, ours is the smaller one in the middle. Rental includes air conditioning, full service kitchen, parking, inside/outside showers, wifi, flat screen and cable TV (2), DVD player, I-Phone music player, and washer /dryer. Sorry, no pets allowed. All the amenities of home and more. Three bedrooms each with 1-3 beds in each room (Note, bedrooms are not ocean view) plus den which has queen bed sofa sleeper . Two inside bathrooms, and one outside shower. Check in time is 2:00 PM on Saturday, check out time is 10:00 AM on Saturday. Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Please bring your own linens and towels (for beds, beach and bath). Please contact us for further information. Off Season rates available, 7 night minimum.
