Villa Casita: Charming Villa Provençale 6 -room comfort with air conditioning, renovated in 2021, quietly located in a residential area of Juan les Pins 10 minutes walk from the beaches.
You will have 5 bedrooms equipped with 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs (2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 upstairs), 6 LCD TV.
The ground floor includes 2 bathrooms bathroom wc TV, 1 independent WC, a 28 m2 living room with fully equipped American kitchen (American fridge with ice cream machine and vitro ceramic lights) and satellite LCD TV, WiFi high speed internet.
The 1st floor includes 3 bedrooms, 3 LCD TV, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets.
Two baby beds, 1 baby chair and 1 baby park are available free of charge (on prior request please).
Mediterranean garden (250 m2) wooded (palm, orange tree, lemon maker, mandarinier) around the villa with pretty outdoor summer kitchen (kitchen, fridge, dishes, barbecue) with 200 m2 shaded terrace, garden furniture and deckchairs . Garage for 1 medium size vehicle, free parking in the street in front of the villa.
All closures are equipped with electrical shutters.
Nice is 20 km away and Cannes 8 km away.
The sandy beaches and the shops are a 10 -minute walk from the villa.
For your arrival, we will have the pleasure of offering you a welcome gift (Provence wines) as well as tourist documentation.

Spacious property for family. Lovely outdoor/bbq area. Located within walking distance of shops, beach and train station. Good rail links to Nice, Monaco and Cannes. Met by Antoinette property owner who showed us around property. Very thorough and friendly. Alain was the main point of contact through communication links regarding rental and was very helpful.

Urlaubshorror bei Frau Giros

Die Küche bot uns viele Gelegenheiten, um die zur Verfügung gestellten Putzmittel direkt auszuprobieren. Vor allem der Fettreiniger erwies sich beim gesamten Inventar als sehr nützlich. So hatten wir direkt am ersten Urlaubstag eine sinnvolle Beschäftigung. Die Vermieterin lächelte jeden Hinweis auf Reinigungsmängel charmant weg und verabschiedete sich alsbald um uns die Zeit zu lassen, uns ausführlich mit dem Pilzbefall in den Bädern auseinanderzusetzen. Der Backofen in der Küche demonstrierte uns eindrucksvoll wie intensiv er in den vergangenen Jahren genutzt wurde und ließ uns voller Hoffnung die erneuerte Außenküche aufsuchen. Eigentlich eine Einrichtung mit Potential, wo der letzte Mieter sein Grillgut zur Anschauung hinterließ. Der Toaster fügte sich perfekt in den Gesamteindruck ein - ebenso sämtliche Duscharmaturen. Die Wasserhähne arbeiteten ressourcenschonend und ließen uns die Wasserknappheit des Planeten hautnah erleben. Insgesamt können wir sagen, dass die Villa Casita einlädt, sämtliche Komfortzonen zu verlassen. Frau Giros trainierte unsere Geduld, indem sie von den per Mail vorgetragenen Mängeln zunächst nichts wissen wollte, ab Folgetag aber zumindest den Ofen austauschen ließ. Am dritten Tag überraschte sie uns dann mit einer plötzlich erfundenen „3. Rate“, die sie aufgrund eines Rechenfehlers erklärte und die wir noch am selben Tag zahlen sollten. Als wir der Aufforderung nicht nachkamen, verwies uns Frau Giros am nächsten Morgen der Unterkunft.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Perfekter Ort für einen Urlaub mit der Familie oder mit Freunden. Vier Zimmer je mit Bad, die extra Grillküche draußen und der Pavillion zum Sitzen einfach nur gemütlich und schön. Die Wohnsiedlung ist sehr ruhig, an manchen Tagen liegt allerdings die Einflugschneise des Flughafens über dem Haus. Der Strand ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad super zu erreichen und weit und breit der Schönste. Supermarkt ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Echt perfekt, wir kommen wieder!

This is a very large home with updated kitchen and outdoor summer kitchen in a great location not far from the beach in Antibes. There is lots of space here for a larger family and there are many great places to eat 5 minutes away by car.

Super séjour proche plage et proprio super sympa

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très bien équipée. Il ne manque de rien (nous étions 7). La cuisine d'été est top si vous aimez faire des barbecues! L'accès aux belles plages de Juan les pins se fait très facilement à pied en 10 à 15min.

Eine gute Unterkunft, ca. 800 m bis zum Strand

Im Ganzen war die Unterkunft sehr gut. Man sollte allerdings bei der Übernahme etwas mehr Zeit für die Kontrolle der Sauberkeit investieren. Die Klimaanlage ist nicht in allen Schlafzimmern, sondern nur im großen Raum. Es reicht allerdings für die Abkühlung, wenn alle Türe offen sind. Das Haus ist nicht modern, aber gut ausgestattet. Es gibt viel Geschirr und reicht für alle Leute. Die Kommunikation ist im Ganzen gut.

Gediget stenhus nära havet och affär

Huset hade många bekvämligheter, t ex 5 WC, 1 badkar, två duschar, tre kök, tvättmaskin och många TV-apparater. Frysen hade ismaskin vilket var praktiskt och kul. Det fanns lakan, handdukar och mycket porslin. Badrummen och köket hade vackert kakel. Alla hus i området hade höga murar eller staket. Även detta. Plåtgrinden styrdes med en fjärrkontroll och stängdes långsamt vilket var krävde att vi passade hunden noga. Det var skönt att sitta i den klinkerlagda trädgården. Luftkonditioneringen inomhus fungerade bra på båda våningarna.

Härliga utrymmen. Badrum i varje sovrum. Inget saknades ifråga om utrustning. Höghastighetsinternet, allt för barnfamiljen eller flera vuxna. Väl förberett för grillkvällen. Tio minuters promenad till stranden, nära till butiker. Kort sagt. Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse.

Nous étions six membres de la famille venant de différents endroits. La maison est très bien située et les commerces et la plage sont facilement accessibles à pied. La région est calme. La maison elle-même est très bien équipée et a dépassé nos attentes. Nous avons apprecié un très bon accueil avec une bouteille de champagne. Nous avons vraiment apprécié les moments en plein air, le barbecue, des installations de télévision, parking, etc. - les vacances à l’aise.

Great villa and well kitted out

We have just returned from a stay 14-21st May, group of 5. The house is located close to shops and very central for the area, ie for Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Frejus etc. Facilities here are first class, with a fully fitted/kitted kitchen with dishwasher, plenty outside furniture, washing machine/room and an outhouse with wood barbecue, sink, fridge and another dishwasher! There is a large screen TV in every most rooms, although these were hardly ever used by us - too much to do elsewhere. We had a great time, Antoinette came to meet and greet, no fuss, easy hand-over and we got our deposit back after a quick check-over by Philipe. It's a short walk to the beach area (10 minutes max.) and another 5 mins to the town centre of Juan les Pins, which is pretty lively especially at weekends. All-in-all it's worth a punt, and it's pretty reasonable too.

Nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour à la Villa Casita. La propriétaire est très sympathique , la maison très bien équipée est proche du centre-ville et des plages. Tout est en très bon état et nous espérons pouvoir revenir en famille dans cette maison idéale pour des retrouvailles familiales.
