Sandbanks Sunset Cottage Rental

Three comfortable bedrooms with queen size beds, linens and towels included. Major appliances including fridge, range, dishwasher and micro-wave oven. Coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishware, glasses and cutlery. Deck with picnic table to enjoy outdoor meals cooked on a Webber propane barbeque overlooking the world famous Sandbanks. Connect with family members around a campfire after a day at the beach. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from your private six foot wide dock. Enjoy swimming, boating and fishing in beautiful West Lake. Take in wine tours on your own or join daily tours arranged through local businesses. Many golf courses are available within a 15-45 minute drive.
Weekly rentals begin on Sunday at 4:00PM and checkout is the following Sunday at 10:00AM. Maximum occupancy of six guests including infants (no exceptions). No pets accepted.
Due to Covid-19 local activities may be restricted, please confirm directly with merchants as to availability.

Very modern cottage with amazing view

The property was located close to the sand dunes, we were able to bike there in 5 minutes. The cottage is very modern with comfortable beds and nice linens. It was very clean and well maintained. The kids loved the grassy area to run around and he dock out front to throw rocks from. The owner was very helpful and friendly. We loved the sand dunes the kids went every day. We hope to go again. Thank you for sharing your property.

A beautiful spot

We had a spectacular week here. The location is perfect for spending lots of time at the beach and its an easy drive to most places around the county. The place is cute, the view is stunning, the guest bedrooms are a bit small and there are few rough edges (some the windows and blinds are a bit wonky, and the kitchen tap needs fixing). But these are very small easy fixes with little to no impact on what is a wonderful place to enjoy PEC! We would definitely return.

Almost perfect

I did give overall 5 star as the issue we had were not due to improper listing. The house was great. Spacious, clean and wonderful view. For us, we would have loved to be able to keep our fishing boat docked for the week. Hauling the boat in and out every day is the only thing that would stop us from booking here again. Location was great, teenage boys could walk to the dunes. I would suggests bringing a fan in the summer months for the master bedroom, we had the AC running all day every day, the other bedrooms would get nice and cold, but the master was very warm.

Great week at Sandbanks, property located less than 10min away from the Beach, can also swim in the lake right in front. Easy check in/out process, the owner isn’t far if there’s anything Overall very good experience & property

Spectacular view of the dunes

Having stayed at West Lake for many decades, I can say this cottage has the best dunes view of any I have rented or visited. It is also clean, thoughtfully furnished, and very comfortable. Two thumbs way up!

Great value - Top notch

4 of is stayed for a week and were very happy with this cottages. Beds are very comfortable, bathroom modern, all appliances in Kitchen top notch. This cottage would accomodate 6.adults easily and is very close to shopping, Sandbanks, and many other amenities.
